SOMERVILLE, Mass. —
A police officer in Massachusetts facing an assault charge in connection with his use of pepper spray on a person was arraigned Friday.
Somerville Officer Michael McGrath pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon. He was released on personal recognizance.
