jackass Zac Bears voted for Loser Osborne
Proves that Bears doesn't understand the word QUALIFICATIONS
city council has NOT approved, yet Osborne claims in internet search engines that he has the position I do not believe he is qualified for.
Based on information, belief and personal experience with the unpopular "Diversity Director" who couldn't win an election.
Mr. Osborne does NOT have the job. The City Council voted AGAINST IT 4-2. Yet Osborne has the title so entrenched in Google it comes up as about the 4th item in a Google search on Atty Osborne's name. This is so WRONG. At Scarpelli's request, the Council held a separate vote on the CAF level for each position on its agenda. Councilors voted 4-2 the reject fully funding the role, with Bears and Morell voting for and Marks, Falco, Scarpelli and Caraviello voting against.
