The 74 year old resident of 22 Coolidge Road in Medford, a stone's throw from Martha Coakley's 46 Coolidge Road residence was often a public spectacle at the city council with racism allegations and accusations of / for Delucia's loathing of the disability community.
Caraviello caught in public with the reprobate who lost the non-profit 501c3 Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. due to racism allegations. Delucia and his partner-in-alleged-crime Harvey Alberg were often the most blatant public nuisances in the city. They were constantly annoying the citizens they were required to serve, Alberg filing for bankruptcy shortly after the demise of TV3....makes ya wonder about his finances, doesn't it? Alberg was stupid enough to blame this reporter for his troubles as a failed "money manager" on his own corporate website. Well, if our reporting forced him into bankruptcy because the unaccounted for monies at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. weren't going to the right places - ahem - (which they weren't - we have LOTS of evidence on that! ...you do the simple math. Law enforcement is still investigating as the office of the Attorney General recently informed us,)
The key here is, Rick Caraviello caught in public by Joe Vig's camera consorting with an alleged racist, Ronald Delucia - crusty old curmudgeon who damaged the city's access tv beyond repair.
