Adam Knight is an unusual case.  He hovers between anti-social and borderline personality disorder, a bizarre schizophrenia that would make Dr. Jekyll AND Mr. Hyde blush with envy.  Each given day you don't know what you'll get from Adam's seriously damaged psyche.

 

Now the city of Medford, maybe Local 22 and Local 25, maybe both unions together, the police and even the court system seem to want to block the voters from seeing what a psychopath Adam Knight is.

 

To Protect and Serve?   Chief Buckley is so afraid of this third rail Adam Knight that he'd rather serve the community up on a proverbial silver platter than serve and protect you from the nightmare psycho that is Adam Knight.

 

We keep going back to McGlynn because even in his lame-duck status, the disgraced ex mayor (pal of creepy and crooked dead sheriff Jimmy DiPaola) still has juice.  Lots of juice.

 

McGlynn likes damaged goods.  They need him and they aren't likely to mutiny.

 

It's irrational, but it has worked well for McGlynn and his family to this point.

 

It also proves that McGlynn will work with dangerous people putting the community at risk to achieve his obvious goals...to generate more revenues McGlynn does not deserve.

It's all about the money.

Follow the money and you'll see why the unhinged Adam Knight  is out there as the X factor, a ticking time bomb that Jack Buckley is so afraid of.
