The following is the Departments response to your public records request:
“documents / police report(s) on an elected official allegedly smashing public property, alleged malicious destruction of public property, possibly an ATM machine.”
Response: Please see the attached Medford Police report #21006417.
If you feel this response is in error or wish to appeal my decision, you have the right of appeal to the Supervisor of Records so long as the appeal is filed within ninety (90) calendar days of my response.
You may also commence a civil action in superior court to enforce the requirements of the Public records Law.
