Mail-In ballots have arrived!

The Medford Registrars of Voters Office is hard at work this week processing and mailing the more than 12,500 requests for absentee & mail-in ballots for the November 3 Election. Medford voters who opted to vote by mail should expect to receive your ballot package by October 20. The Registrars of Voters Office is working directly with the USPS Postmaster to expedite processing and delivery of all ballots within the City. By doing so, we hope to minimize delivery times and increase efficiency for voters.

If you would like to vote by mail but have not requested a mail-in ballot, the deadline to do so through the Secretary of State's Office is October 28. (Requests must be RECEIVED by the state no later than 10/28! For more information visit https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ .)

As a reminder, you can return mail-in ballots by dropping them in any US Postal Service mailbox, by placing your completed and signed ballots in the mail drop box outside of City Hall, or in the drop box located in the City Hall lobby. The City will also be holding Early Voting inside City Hall from October 17 through October 30.
