Public Access Info follows these first two paragraphs

If you have questions about the City’s Halloween activities, or where to purchase the scary George Scarpelli/Nell Escobar Coakley (Medford Transcript) Halloween Bobblehead Dolls, you can contact Lisa Colaianni, Director of Community Affairs, at LColaianni@medford-ma.gov or 781-393-2405. We hope you will celebrate the season with us!  Madame Knight Halloween costumes and Rick Caraviello COVID 19 masks that don't cover the nose are available at city hall for free.  God knows we don't have room for that rubbish in the basement.

Medford city services are available to all residents, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, language ability, economic situation, or immigration status.  However, if you publish a blog we disagree with we will have the police leave threatening phone messages on your voice mail and ban you from Medford Anti-Community Media.    Breathe in the air with the PG rated station manager at your own risk

ok, that's our parody for the day, now back to business

PUBLIC ACCESS AT ELECTION TIME
1)Why would a Democrat like Breanna buy into McGlynn/Rumley/Muccini-Burke's anti-Democratic banning of people from access television?

We could have done SO MUCH during this COVID crisis with a TRUE station manager with a vision - so much to save lives and help the community

2)The dirty little secret about public access is the INTENTIONAL failure to teach Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or iMovie to keep people out of access, or at least use it against them when they want to do a project quickly and efficiently....

"Oh, dearie, you'll have to take 8 weeks of courses, but since Pat Gordon doesn't have enough members, he will keep canceling...wink wink...to keep everyone out of access and only let Art Deluca, Stevie B and Lenny Scoletta from the old TV 3 in the station like scarecrows to frighten you away this election/Halloween season

For a novice, even the simple iMovie is daunting
iMovie is a video editing software application developed by Apple Inc. for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices. It was originally released in 1999 as a Mac OS 8 application bundled with the first FireWire-enabled consumer Mac model – the iMac DV. Wikipedia
Developed by: Apple
Initial release: October 5, 1999; 20 years ago

Final Cut Pro X - Apple

iMovie is the easiest way to start making movies. And when you're ready to ramp up production, it's effortless to switch to Final Cut Pro from iMovie for iOS or ...

The fact that I taught ALL OF YOU in the BCC, including the mayor and her husband, more about access TV in a couple or few paragraphs than Gordon has taught anyone all the time he's been here is obvious; and I've done so quicker than you can say "Pat Gordon's Twitter postings are lame."

Happy Halloween...I feel a movie info about to erupt ...the reason you haven't seen me track editorial videos is that we have harnessed the desk PC to the MAC and are doing a massive archiving project.  Visual Radio #s 243 and its follow-up with author Valery Mamonov (2 hours, 2 separate shows) are currently being transferred from my SUPER VHS to the MAC,    TONS of shows being transferred to digital...lots and lots of work

We did post a BEST OF (2 hours) on YouTube recently
https://youtu.be/ZjRKnr6iw5Y
Jonathan Edwards, Bill Press from CNN/Sirius XM, Ray Manzarek of the Doors, Suzanne Vega, Margaret Cho, tons of guests
Enjoy

Banned from Medford Television by Breanna Lungo Koehn, continuing the censorship tradition initiated by McGlynn and Muccini-Burke

Breanna, knock it off and put my show on the air.   Help the old guy out...
