PREFACE
Ex city solicitor Mark E. Rumley noted to me in his office that the complaints on MCC TV3 had reached "a crescendo" (the loudest point reached in a gradually increasing sound.) ...the self-appointed president of the access television station, Francis R. Pilleri, Jr., used the names of former board members who weren't in the room to purportedly appoint himself and the Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. board of directors (his own son, on the board, allegedly was living in California; I found a federal employee, Brian Mahoney, living in Somerville, informing me that he wasn't on the board and had left years ago.)
Mark Rumley took my information, promised me that he would credit me in an entire section of the Rumley Report, and if you inspect that thick document you will see my investigations cloaked in Rumely-speak, attempting to use my work and not be a plagiarist.
Well, Mr. Rumley, you failed again.
Listing the ex board members that the station claimed were current, Rumley left out Brian Mahoney intentionally, because it was Mr. Mahoney's admission that tipped me off.
What Rumley doesn't get is, leaving out the name of the person who confessed to me that he wasn't on the board when the staiton claimed that he was, to alert you that this was a pattern, was taking my work and cheating me out of a credit.
What a scoundrel! Rumley took his lead from my work.
You know who told him not to credit me, a former mayor pathologically obsessed with yours truly, Mike McGlynn.
Rumley's complete THEFT of this writer's hard work and honest efforts was disgusting; Rumley's abuse of those fighting FOR access TV rights WHILE he was on the fraud board of directors another indication of Rumley's sheer dishonesty and deceptive business practices.
McGlynn loathes free speech, hated TV3 (unless he was prancing around getting his own face on the cablewires) - violating his oath as mayor to uphold the U.S. Constitution, and allowing the malfeasance to fester until I forced him to shut it down by exposing the blatant racism and threats.
The overuse of the "n" word, a frequent occurrence, using terms like "fag" and laughing.
Then there was the religious discrimination imposed on members by lunatic Steve Marra.
Named "Big Steve," Marra would force his religion (that he never followed, by the way,) on members, calling their religions names (he called mine a "cult.") The sloppiness, the stench of the office with pizza boxes piled high, Marra's lack of good hygiene and his sex talk (zeroing in on the breasts of a woman at a "Christian Rock Festival" and noting it to members WAS sexual harassment) - and the board members using the TV3 van for their own purposes, refusing to let me use it to tape rock superstar Mark Farner (later - actually - managed by a former TV3 host, but that was sheer coincidence.)
McGlynn ruled Medford the way that Frank Pilleri ran TV3, as awkward and unethically as Donald J. Trump. All dictators have one thing in common, at least: they dictate.

Pat Gordon take note. You may not be as vulgar as Steve Marra or Dawn Natalia or her pit bull I have a restraining order on, but your classless work for the government channel and free speech violations are just as filthy, maybe more so because you masquerade as a "nice guy" when you are just a deficient mess.
We have some legal complaints coming your way...and if I took down an entire station and all its cronies, ignoring my complaints will be at your own legal peril.

Deluding yourself, Patrick, that your misconduct will go unchallenged; hanging on to Breanna's apron strings, my advice to you is to put that money in a safe place. Breanna may be mayor, but I can tell you from personal experience, she is terrified of my investigations. And right now, you and Caraviello are my top investigations.
How we will remove you, Patrick, is pretty simple. The same formula I utilized to remove the mayor's uncle from the Medford Housing Authority (not an easy task; the wicked witch's broom would be much much simpler, even though George Scarpelli seems to have that bloody broomstick in his trunk; we'll get to him later,) the same formula that will get Caraviello into the trash can, as fat as he is, and empty him out at sea via judge and jury as the proverbial "
"Greenpeace."
Just ask Breanna who has more legal experience and understanding of the law. Me or you?
You stole our PUBLIC access, Patrick, and after my 19 years of hard work to right the ship it is nothing personal. How can it be? I've gone after all your predecessors like the Architect in the Matrix removing all the anomalies ....including Neo.
A hint, dear Patrick: if the Architect...and the Oracle ...were using Neo for their purposes...which they were, that's the actual story - a chess match between two synthetic minds seeking perfection - and I've removed all the Neos that came before...starting in 2005 ...you think with all my experience, DEDICATION and perseverance Breanna won't ditch you on a moment's notice when the Feds go after the multitudinous free speech violations?
