As someone who has financially supported the Lungo-Koehn Administration
I am outraged by the LACK OF TRANSPARENCY and the FAILURE TO FACILITATE COMMUNITY MEDIA
Now this is extremely egregious, so please read it carefully:
BREANNA USES HER CENSORSHIP POLICIES AS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT WHEN THE
PUBLIC IS KEPT OUT OF ACCESS AND GOVERNMENT ACCESS IS CALLED PUBLIC ACCESS
Mayor Lungo Koehn Calls it COMMUNITY media for the Government Channel
The Issuing Authority, Mayor Breanna Lungo Koehn, knowing there is a distinct difference between
Government Access, Educational Access and PUBLIC ACCESS, uses the false name of the station,
stolen
from my Community Media Medford (Stephanie Burke and McGlynn swiped my
name, mine being the sole proposal responding to their RFP to run the
city channels) clipping my name and calling the fraud station
Medford
Community Media. Then using it for the Government pretty much only,
and calling the theft of public access an ACCOMPLISHMENT
Just push Medford from the last word of Community Media Medford to the first and they've stolen the name of the station that was
the ONLY response to ex Mayor McGlynn's Request for Proposals.
Then, the biggest oxymoron to date, Breanna takes the stolen community name and actually has
the audacity to brag that they are using GOVERNMENT ACCESS for COMMUNITY TV, which it is not,
while that deficient council president BANS FREE SPEECH at the City Council, (unless it is the
alleged criminal Adam Knight subjecting the director of public health to his heckling,) Uses corrupt
Adam Hurtubise's fictional petition and has the embattled and suspicious Neil ("What happened
to the parking monies?) Osborne engage in the cover up.
Look at what the mayor does with a major sin of hers, the theft of public television, pulling a Donald Trump
Calling Government Access "public access" without the public, is un-American. A fraud council president
enabling John Falco's abuse of the council against his opponent (the mayor) stopping free speech at the
city council is Trumpian, a McGlynn tactic, and is wrong.
Here's what Breanna calls an accomplishment: her censorship of free speech in favor of government on public access TV

- Her "accomplishment" was to falsely claim increased airings of government under the guise of "public access"
- while complaints have been filed that access is denied.
'Wrong and un-American.' That's what President Joe Biden called the measure in
a Saturday afternoon statement.
"It's part of an assault on democracy that we've seen far too often
this year -- and often disproportionately targeting Black and Brown
Americans."
That's
what our great president, Joe Biden, calls the Republican "assault on
democracy," the Republican voter fraud; and what Breanna claims is an
accomplishment is actually voter fraud.
Keeping the people out,
effectively using Government access instead of public access while
harassment of citizens at the council by Hurtubise, Caraviello and Neil
Osborne proliferates
I'm
living proof, and I submit that Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn is engaging
in voter fraud by DENYING free access to the public station and enabling
Caraviello's continuous malfeasance

That Adam Knight is not under arrest under highly negligent Chief Jack Buckley should frighten civil rights activists
and anyone that screams Black Lives Matter from the rooftops. Some white guy is getting away with it.
Knight's violent behavior is typical of the rogue city councilor.
To not let the application for criminal charges against Knight go forward is lunacy, and hardly transparent.

Neil Osborne should be under investigation
In addition to Nunley Benjamin's allegations, Veteran's Affairs Director Michael Durham claims he was not compensated
for five months of work clearing a backlog of contested parking tickets
as the city's hearing officer, the Transcript reported.
On Jan. 13, Durham was called into a meeting with
both Rodrigues and Scanlon to discuss the outcome of a formal ethics
investigation into Osborne. At that time,
he states "Dave declared the
entire situation was his fault and was taking corrective
steps to
rectify the performance shortcomings of Neil." what a euphemism when we
all know exactly what Osborne did. He cannot be trusted. Shame on the
mayor for keeping that fraud in office.
In
a Jan. 25 report, the city concluded Osborne's actions were "an
accidental HR error not due to malicious intent to cover up past payroll
embezzlement."

I INTEND TO.
I quickly made my concerns about the negative
effect of this policy known to Diversity Director, Neil Osborne. The
mayor presently has a proposal to name him the “Chief People Officer.”
In
response, Mr. Osborne told me that veterans are not reflective of the
diversity needs of our community. I was stunned. I reminded him that
veterans, as a group, consist of all “protected classes.” This includes — but is not limited to — classifications based on gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation.
Durham provided Rumley with a chain of email and
documents that he was not paid $2,307.60 due him for duties he took over
in July 2020. Additionally, he stated money was missing from two paid
appeals stipends, totaling $10,000.
"Neil then
stated he was glad that the appeals stipends existed because if they
didn't, he would need to supplement his income with private legal work
outside of city employment," wrote Durham in a complaint to Rodrigues in
October 2020 about the missing funds.
He
continued that when he requested the city tap into the money for the
stipends to pay him, he was told by Nunley Benjamin, "Neil had been
paying himself during that block of time."
A formal ethics investigation was launched by the city into Osborne at that time.
