NEIL OSBORNE DISCRIMINATES.

OSBORNE AND THE DISABILITY COMMISSION WERE FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THE OPEN MEETING LAW.  I BELIEVE THEY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST A GAY, SENIOR MALE WHO IS NOW DISABLED.

 In response, Mr. Osborne told me that veterans are not reflective of the diversity needs of our community.

I was stunned.
