Bartlett was arraigned Tuesday on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, violating a person’s civil rights, and misleading a police officer.

Sounds like a great candidate for the City Council of Medford, doesn't he? 

Medford City Councilor Richard F. Caraviello lied to the police, violated a person's civil rights and committed assault and battery with a dangerous weapon - that "weapon" being  former disgraced city clerk Edward P. Finn.
