RE; SUBMISSION FORM
Dear Breanna and Kim:
I am submitting a new submission form. I am afraid of retaliation by Pat Gordon which so many people - Chrissy Barthlette, Allison Goldsberry, John Byers, Pat Fiorello, Bill Wood, Carolyn Rosen, Joe Viglione faced at TV3 Medford.
Mayor Lungo Koehn told police chief - Jack Buckley - that residents fear the police. They also fear Arthur Deluca, Lenny Scoletta,
Steve Bertorelli and Patrick Gordon and shouldn't be subjected to harassment at the local access TV station.
Krissy Fraser accepted my programming on DVD - digital video discs - yet Ben Brown refused to play accepted material instead playing un-sponsored shows from Westwood, Dedham, possibly Malden and other cities, yet snubbed my programming when I lived in Medford.
I can clarify that information in a Presentment letter and sue the city for discrimination.
Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs to address the hypocrisy at access television and protect us from the behavior the mayor witnessed, and was a victim of, while she was on the city council. This writer actually cleaned up the offensive Word Press postings about Mayor Lungo-Koehn, with Breanna's permission. Breanna thanked me for the honest efforts on her behalf.
Now, something essential to my life, Breanna - as issuing authority - is refusing to correct, the airing of my TV shows.
Enclosed is a proposed submission form for access TV producers who are afraid of producing at the TV station due to jealousy and cattiness displayed by the station manager at a cable advisory board meeting, specifically against this producer.
As Breanna is well-aware - she was a victim of MCC TV3's harassment, Medford residents and residents in the region were viciously assaulted by members of the previous TV station, TV3 Medford, one of the harassers, Arthur DeLuca, still at the station, frightening away residents. Between Patrick Gordon and Arthur Deluca's penchant for misconduct, a submission form is enclosed so that residents do not have to fear frivolous lawsuits - malicious abuse of process and anti-SLAPP violations - all documented, or Mr. Deluca having to be investigated again by the Office of Elder Affairs or the Attorney General's office - which is still investigating DeLuca to the point where the Public Charity's Division fears "law enforcement could be impeded."
There is at least one resident who ran for public office outraged over the silly CORI check. It is sick to invade privacy and to have strict rules where Gordon can falsely accuse anyone he is envious of and have them thrown out.
I fear Pat Gordon and the Mayor of Medford needs to address that. I fear these individuals for good reason, look at the treatment of access producers by former Medford station managers. Gordon is no different and he was nasty to me during a cable advisory meeting,
on camera. Why should I be subjected to an insecure "manager" out of his depth and seething with envy over my work ethic?
See Mark Rumley's frightening CORI waiver where he admits people can enter the high school as a guest, but refuses them to be on the MCM property - the very same school. Obviously Rumley feared Ben Brown couldn't properly supervise the children and with the current administration giving the same restrictions on free speech, the new administration doesn't trust Patrick Gordon either.
______________________________________________________________________________
1)I am in receipt of the public records request response today
2)Mr. Gordon had an obligation to write me and tell me what he wanted. Then I can accept it or reject it, but he failed to do his job.
3)With a new administration we need new rules
4)I view the censorship that I've faced as harassment and discrimination.
See my Mail In Producer Submission Form which protects producers, followed by Mark Rumley's violation of his oath of office,
painting producers in a very ugly fashion.
I want an immediate response.
Respectfully,
Joe Viglione

MARK RUMLEY'S TRAMPLING OF FREE SPEECH RIGHTS AND HIS OATH OF OFFICE
Medford Community Media Waiver of Requirement for Criminal Offender Record Information In consideration of the agreement of the undersigned to refrain completely in his capacity as a Producer (defined below) from entering upon the Medford High School premises located at 489 Winthrop Street, Medford, Massachusetts (the "Premises"), which are utilized by Medford Community Media ("MCM") as its principal place of business, thereby eliminating any possibility that the undersigned will have direct and unmonitored contact with children, MCM hereby waives the requirement set forth in Paragraph 5 of the Producer Agreement and Indemnification Form required to be completed by each person, organization or other entity (the "Producer") that requests that MCM carry its programming (the "Producer Agreement").
