RICK CARAVIELLO NEVER INVESTIGATED THE FINANCES OF MEDFORD COMMUNITY CABLEVISION, INC. WHY?
Ronald Delucia was part of the unscrupulous crew that destroyed Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. Purporting to be a "money manager," Delucia with fellow "board" member Harvey Alberg, ran a show that was an "infomercial" to try to drum up business for themselves coyly asking viewers to phone them for advice.

The math is simple here. The public was forced to watch members of the board of directors of MCC TV3 telling financial information with Delucia going up to the city council and saying:
a)We're only guilty of sloppy bookkeeping and
b)I'll be damned if I let you take TV3 away from us.
Purportedly, these "money managers" didn't take classes and learn how to edit or how to run a camera. Paid staff it is alleged did the hard work so these two buffoons could abuse their position of authority and use the access station for themselves, harassing the public with ugly, libelous smears on a show entitled SPOTLIGHT ON CITY HALL.
Where was Caraviello as a city councilor? on this horrific abuse of the public trust.
A member of the staff called Alberg his "boss" and allegedly said he was frightened of disagreeing with that member of the board.
So how was this board of directors put together? This reporter went to Brian Mahoney, then a Federal employee as a postal worker and showed him the papers filed by the individuals who after six years cannot dissolve the corporation because of the investigation. (The AG's office told us that Lynn's access television is also under investigation.)
Mahoney told me that he hadn't been on the board "in years." Along with Mahoney I believe that Susan Crowley who works with Rep Donato, Tim Pilleri - who had allegedly moved to California, and former VP Paul Gerety had all split from the corporation. See what is called "The Rumley Report."
So this journalist has asked investigators how a quorum and a vote could be taken if there were ex members of the board listed as current board members in order to "vote" for Alberg and Delucia and others to be added to the board legitimately. I don't know the answer to the question, which is why I brought it to the city solicitor (who uncovered Tim Pilleri, Susan Crowley, Paul Gerety being on the board but - after saying he was putting a section in his Rumley Report from this writer, he failed to post Mahoney's name and - instead - used my leads and tips but didn't credit me, as promised. That, people, was probably due to Michael J. McGlynn, mayor at the time, who asked for an initial report from me but who - as issuing authority - was using the situation for his own benefit. Thus, rumor has it, McGlynn ordered Rumley to work around my efforts and just take my tips. I allege that some of my work was intentionally plagiarized in the Rumley Report as Rumley was an appointed board member himself. The appointed board member was ordered to write a report after McGlynn asked me for the initial report, and a board member - Rumley - in my opinion, was having an alleged conflict by wearing both hats. Board member and investigator of the board.

Richard F. Caraviello should NOT have been congregating with a member of the station at the city council. As a councilor, Caraviello failed to do his duty and investigate his pal, Delucia, rather than hang out with him.
Mark Rumley was seen in court on 9/1/16 congregating with Arthur Deluca and Harvey Alberg when Rumley was appointed to investigate the board he was on... or appointed himself...
