Full Disclosure: The MBTA gave me a $25.00 gift card for the obnoxious behavior of its driver. Then the MBTA lawyer said that this elder person was involved in an "altercation." Never happened...the crazed driver didn't pick up passengers at Marshall's/Meadow Glenn Mall as she was required AND I had to get picked up by her in the middle of the road against MBTA Rules! Now the MBTA is ordered to hand over name of the rogue bus driver.
-You don't send a victim 25$ unless they are a victim. Now the Lawyer for the MBTA is acting like Mark Rumley on steroids with her false accusations. We got rid of Rum Rum on January 3, 2020... A presentment letter regarding the libelous scribblings of the dirty mouth MBTA attorney with her false accusations is up next.
MBTA ordered to hand over name of the rogue bus driver. The lawyer for MBTA claimed there was an "altercation." No such altercation happened...which I find libelous and may pursue legal remedies against the lawyer and MBTA.
