TO have Jack Bruce call my home looking for Jimmy Miller was a treat. At a Jack Bruce/Ginger Baker concert event at the Paradise Ginger, God bless him, scribbled in crayon on my album cover, acknowledging me due to my connection with Miller. Somewhere Norm Garner has the Ginger Baker/Noel Redding show in Boston where Cream meets Hendrix. It was an amazing show.
Ginger was a friend on Facebook and recently passed. So sad, he was one of the greats. He wrote the last word in Jo Jo Laine's book, "No Sane Man Would Go Near Her."
