As you go through the court case it gets pretty ugly with Mayor Curtatone and his friend Scarpelli and how they put it on an innocent kid...he spent like a week in the county lockup for something that he didn't do. Hideous. And Scarpelli gets his twenty-nine thousand dollar plus from the city council, a paycheck the councilors vote on to give themselves their own payraise of taxpayer dollars. What is WRONG with THAT picture?

THEN LOOK AT THE MOTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS THAT CLOWN ISSUED IN ALL HIS YEARS ON THE COUNCIL....PATHETIC.

Throughout the rest of the camp, M.L. did not report the incident because he was
embarrassed and afraid he would get into trouble. Id. ¶ 131. Gual, however, bragged about the
