A New Phase of the Investigation
Dear Emily Lazzaro, Atty Greenspan et. al.
The Public Records Division advised you to IMMEDIATELY work with me, have a dialogues with me, and deliver documents.
I
will have the exact name of the person (or a photograph - or both) I am
investigating in this Dr. Marice Edouard-Vincent alleged hiring in the
next couple of hours.
You
now claim "In accordance with MGL Ch 4 section 7 clause 27 (c)
personnel records are not shareable under public records law."
That is similar to the excuse the city lawyer, Mr. Rumley, had in regards to the police and Mr. Rumley's "Reconsideration."
I
prevailed as the public's right to know, the public's right to see what
the public is paying for supersedes you evading the specific questions.
For
example, your office (Alicia Palmer or you or someone else) first
claimed I asked for the CORI of a certain alleged former employee.
No,
I'm not looking for the CORI. See the Determination. I'm looking for
documents which show a pattern of alleged misbehavior that failed to
obtain a CORI while Mr. Rumley demands a CORI of public access producers
at the high school.
Attorney Greenspan - do you understand that Mr. Rumley wants to CORI people despite their being a supervisor, Patrick Gordon.
The law, as I understand it, reads - NO UNSUPERVISED contact with children.
By the way, I have a Background Clearance Check which I'm happy to show the new mayor, Breanna Lungo-Koehn, anytime at her
law office or at city hall.
That isn't the point - the point is Mark
Rumley and Mayor Burke invading the privacy of candidates for elected
office to, purportedly/allegedly, dig up dirt and spy on them. We are
not talking about honorable people here in city government on December
6, 2019. Not at all.
If I make a joke it's not to be funny, it's to
be precise: "Attorney Rumley's hands are so unclean that Comet cleanser
wants to film them to try to prove the efficacy of their product." If
that's the case they'd better hedge their bets and drop the idea. My
experience with Rumley's filthy hands is that Comet cleanser will fail
in the endeavor.
Now - like Mark Rumley and his ridiculous Reconsideration of the L'Italien Report two months ago, October 24, you throw another red herring. MGL Ch 4 secion 7 clause 27. This is about public safety.
Along
with the name of the individual as part of this reporter's
investigation I hear that there is also a photograph floating around,
there are many, many sources giving me information on this story -
sources most likely from inside the walls of the high school, so
consider that there IS GREAT PUBLIC INTEREST in the behavior of a past
superintendent and a current superintendent.
I
look forward to your cooperation and you abiding by the Determination
and speaking with me directly and giving the public the information that
it deserves.

Atty
Greenspan should see if a former superintendent was lurking around a
place of voting (the temple) and if an outgoing mayor allegedly had to
be removed from the polling place on election day, November 5. I don't
know, I'm just some dude asking pertinent questions based on information
and belief. All I can tell you definitely is that a slab of concrete
went through my bedroom window on November 8th designed to kill me (it
was big, and it was thrown at a furious velocity designed to kill) so -
guess I struck a nerve. Internal affairs is looking into it which
means I can get better results howling at the moon.
I
also hear that outgoing Mayor Muccini-Burke is on a rampage, allegedly,
being bitter, angry, not able to have a peaceful transition of power
(allegedly,) and acting like someone stole her lollipop - not from a
carriage she's pushing, but from the carriage she's in. What a baby, if
true.
This is
a public records request that shouldn't be held up because of Rumley
and Muccini-Burke's perpetual temper tantrums and schemes to hold back
information from the public that pays them.
As an investigative reporter with a focus on helping this community please note that I have other blockbuster stories
to
release today regarding items impacted by a circle of corruption from
the former McGlynn administration to the current outgoing Muccini-Burke
administration.
Your
stonewalling is a tactic employed by Solicitor Rumley over the past
decade so I'm not surprised, just disappointed that - here we go again -
Medford not abiding by the law; in my opinion, Medford absolutely not
being forthright with the public.
I
realize that they think they are running a secret society and that you
are following orders to keep your paycheck as long as you can.
One
of the big stories about to launch today is how the two former
administrations are allegedly trying to jam something through Beacon
Hill to diminish Mayor elect Lungo-Koehn's ability to deal with
department heads. So let's be honest here (if your bosses, indeed, have
the ability to be honest,) my research over the past 15 years shows a
clear and precise pattern of alleged organized crime - from the Medford
Housing Authority to - from Roy Belson's mouth to God's ear "Joe thinks
I'm hiding sexual predators at the high school." Again Mr. Belson's
conjecture was erroneous. The sexual predators were in plain sight!
There are more examples including the precise pattern of alleged
organized crime that was Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. (with Mark
Rumley on the board of directors, no surprise there, the man who
investigated the board he was on!) and the new scam called Medford
Community Media - which is the outgoing chair of the school committee
ripping off my established Community Media Medford - the only proposal
which responded - the sole proposal responding to ex mayor McGlynn's
Request for Proposals - and installing robots like Ben Brown and Pat
Gordon to do her (Muccini Burke's) bidding.
Mayor
Burke - at the high school, violated the Open Meeting Law, in concert
with Mr. Roy Belson and possibly others, takes my business name
registered AT Medford City Hall - Community Media Medford, slides the
word Medford to the front of the name, and then the mayor as "issuing
authority" hijacks the station for herself and impedes candidates
running for elected office.
THE HIGH SCHOOL PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST SPR19/2323
We
have a number of issues here - from the Field of Dreams to the batting
cage to allegations of teachers having sex with other teachers to the
conviction of an employee (Jenna Tarabelsi) having sex with a 15 year
old student, Mark Rumley's flagrant disregard for the Constitution of
the United States which he took an oath to uphold and protect...and
didn't...
I will file an appeal later today when I obtain the individual in question's name and/or photograph and will again give you the
Determination noting the law that proved it was NOT a "personnel issue" in regards to the wrongful conduct of the police.
Let
me be VERY specific about my investigation - allegations are that Dr.
Marice Edouard-Vincent is sweeping bad conduct under the rug in a
similar way to the previous Belson/Muccini-Burke lack of transparency -
and that's not about SPR19/2323 - the alleged hire by Dr. Marice, it's
another issue the public is screaming about in the rumor mill. We'll
get to that issue of Dr. Marice's alleged misbehavior after we sort out
this first issue that you are reluctant to provide the public with.
