CCTV Will Close the
Week of Sunday, March 15 through Friday, March 20 (with an assessment
made at that time as to when it is safe to re-open)
With an abundance of caution, and a sincere desire to protect the
health and welfare of staff, members, and the general public, CCTV will
close next week. This means that:
• classes and senior drop-ins are cancelled
• there will be no equipment check outs, edit suite or studio reservations
• there will be no on-premise live programs
(*although we are interested in how we can continue live programs creatively with the use of the technology available)
Those of us (staff) who live nearby are willing to help mitigate
any serious hardship that the closure presents, so reply to this email
if you need special assistance.
We want everyone to stay safe and look forward to the full resumption of services as soon as possible.

• Do you have a CCTV Live Show that you would like to continue during the closure? Use our online submission process to send it to Alfonso, AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PLAY. He will schedule your submission in your time slot.
• Do you have something to say and want to spread it far and wide?
Use our online submission process to send it to Alfonso. We will schedule your submission on the cable tv channels and include it in Cambridge Responds, CCTV's own Emergency Broadcast Network!
