Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn
Human Rights Commission
Medford City Hall
Medford, MA 02155

To Breanna Lungo-Koehn and Neil Osborne, Esq:

When the Acting Director of Human Resources / Diversity Director, Mr. Osborne, did nothing to halt
the elder abuse by members of the city council,
specifically former city councilor Frederick N.
Dello Russo, Jr., and the current president and
vice president of the council, VP Adam Knight and
President Richard F. Caraviello, it is the sort
of hypocrisy we expect from a Lindsey Graham
or Mitch McConnell.

It's like the ghost of former human rights commission
member, Leo A. Sacco, Jr., coming back
to haunt city hall again.

But with no true media in this community,
the squelching of free speech on the access
channel by ex solicitor Mark E. Rumley,
and the weak efforts of Wicked Local/Medford
Transcript and the Medford Patch
with little or no investigation into
wrongful conduct by disruptive members of
the police force or city hall itself,
government officials get away with this nonsense.

With 249 days to election day, Nov 2, 2021,
a woman I admired and have found great
disappointment with,
Breanna Lungo-Koehn,
just doesn't appear to have the aptitude
to solve the intense discrimination against
certain elders, homosexuals and others.

So the woman with a convicted felon as vice chair of her school committee is going to solve discrimination
problems?  With the involvement of a fellow I consider highly negligent as Acting Director of Human Resources / Diversity Director?
When our friend Neil couldn't deal with the elder abuse by the city council, what magic wand will he and Breanna wave in
a city that wants NO DISCUSSION of pertinent matters?

Get real.

Neil's a nice enough guy but with a new administration, all due respect to Mike Nestor, Patrick Gordon,
Chief Jack Buckley, Neil Osborne, Rick Caraviello and the same/old same old same old same old,
we needed an entirely new crew, the way that President Joe Biden signed executive order after executive
order to remove the bigotry and hostility that the highly un-American Trump installed

Not calling Buckley, Osborne, Nestor, Gordon,
Caraviello LLC bigots; saying that they had their
turn and it DOES become a swamp if these are jobs for life.
They shouldn't be.

You complain about McGlynn giving 10 year deals
to his buddies at Comcast and his new found friends
at Waste Management and (are they still?) Republic
Parking, but city hall doesn't police its own by
NOT allowing 10 years or more that Rumley had,
that purportedly Diane McLeod relished, that
unethical bad man Edward P Finn and
other problem people enjoyed - at the expense of your constituents, Breanna.

Breanna being an attorney AND one who enjoyed over a decade in office, should know better.

What a sin.

LET THE PEOPLE SPEAK AND BE HEARD

You can't shut down conversation, have 700 pages of Rumley nonsense to abide by to join a PUBLIC access station,
in the city of Medford where Police Chief Buckley says that citizens have to do what the MPD says, not what it does.

I SUGGEST THE FORUM BE HELD
AT PUBLIC ACCESS AND LET PEOPLE BE HEARD

DON'T TALK AT PEOPLE,

LET THE PEOPLE DO THE TALKING!

Like the Cradock Bridge scandal where the silence is
deafening.  What? Crooked cops as "All good men and
women."  Everyone else would be dragged into court
for such misbehaviour.

First thing Mayor Lungo-Koehn should have done was rip up the Rumley Kool-Aid at the access station and start
fresh.

My God, the tens of thousands of pages
I've written in the past 19 years on the
subject are the kinda thing that makes a
Michael Marks say - purportedly -
in April of 2018 at the Cable Advisory meeting

"Joe Vig was right."

                     Ya think, Michael?

Being right in Medford means being public enemy #1.

Because Medford doesn't want to hear it.

Adam Knight being the enemy of Charter Review
AND Charter Change proves my point.

Mr. Knight loves a rigged system
when he can rig it in his favor.

Hey, anyone got one of those e mails from
someone who holds a government job promoting
himself come election time... as a candidate for
public office?

On company time and with
Commonwealth resources?

I'm not alleging who, just asking a question.

Send me a few of said e mails so I
don't have to put a public records request in
to a government building up north

to reveal if there is such buffoonery!

If you see his political signs too close to polling places come November, as I've witnessed, you know EXACTLY who
I am talking about.

And YOU people are going to wave the magic wand to stop discrimination?

Right.

Ya also think that when a disgraced cop writes a book like
THE COPS ARE ROBBERS that four decades
later maybe you won't find 30 Medford cops on the Brady/Discovery list and 10 nominees for Brady on
my personal list?

It's a sick joke.  And as long as there is no communication
with the residents, businesses, civic groups and
visitors to Medford...another forty years in Mike McGlynn's shadow will have people saying things like this from
an article on Mike Bloomberg:

____________________________
Another famous former Medford resident
is quoted about the city:

“It was not a bad place,
but a place you want to leave, to escape from,’’
 recalled the author Paul Theroux,
a Medford native and casual Bloomberg friend.

“I thought it would be death to stay there,
that I would just be swallowed up.

It was all right to grow up there,
but to stay there? Fatal.’’

This IS the city that Mike Bloomberg had problems with:
_____________________________________________
Here is that excerpt from “Mike Bloomberg: Money, Power, Politics’’:

“No Jews lived in the immediate neighborhood,
very few anywhere in Medford.

But everyone assumed that would change, including the Bloombergs, who resolved not to let
residual anti-Semitism block their path.

‘They weren’t very happy,’
Mrs. Bloomberg said of some neighbors.

‘Our lawyer, George McLaughlin, who was Irish,
bought the house and sold it to us.

But nobody on the street was unpleasant to us.’

And so they moved into the two-story,
three-bedroom house - the slightly
more expensive model because it came
with a finished attic and basement.’’

October 13, 2009.  11 1/2 years later nothing has changed.

CROP ROTATION

WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT PUBLIC ACCESS AT THE COUNCIL?

Crop rotation.  Medford suffers from stagnation,
and you can hate the messenger
while talking about non-hate all you want,
because I'm the guy pulling the wizard's
curtain away from him.

Some of you get angry with people saying
ALL LIVES MATTER as if you have to
say one thing only.

A friend of mine performed at Canal Street
for a TV 3 Christmas party.

He didn't look at people's ethnicity,
he looked at everyone as PEOPLE.

He would never say "That gay fellow" or
that "Oriental person" - he loved
people from every religious background,
every race, color and creed.

Maybe that's where this conversation should begin?

White Supremacy at the Capitol on January 6?

Don't generalize.

Those were loony Trump supporters dressed in
Confederate flags and blah blah blah.

Oh yes, there are dangerous crackpots from a
bunch of insane, illogical groups, but Trump didn't
rely just on "Proud Boys" and the Ku Klux Klan,
Trump was a magnet for every illiterate and jackass
that needed a low-grade leader.

All Trump did was show us how desperately stupid
some Americans are.

Fox News blamed Antifa and Black Lives Matter....
now THAT is bigotry, blatant bigotry.

You want to stop racism?

Here's a good start:

Go after Fox News advertisers, that will get
results.   That will set an example and put
fear in the hearts of those making money
off of hate.  Like Fox News.

If  you watch FOX NEWS regularly and like
what you hear, you won't need to look in the
mirror to know that you are a hateful racist.

AND MEDFORD IS JUST AS BAD AS FOX NEWS
But listening to Medford, the city where THIRTY COPS
are on DA Marian Ryan's
Brady list and its

"Do as we say, not as we do" attitude ...
with Stephen Lebert
roaming the streets to threaten to use his gun....
and ZERO discussion of
that black eye on the city,
is hypocrisy that would make
Ted Cruz blush with envy.

MEDFORD, AS RACIST AND HATEFUL
AS THE FOX NEWS CORPORATION,
AND BREANNA BEFUDDLED AND HIDING
IN HER BUNKER BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO
SWEEP THE HATE UNDER THE RUG
AND COME OUT THROWING ROSE PETALS
AND TELLING YOU EVERYTHING IS FINE.

YOU THINK THEY WANT THIS ON
PUBLIC ACCESS TV?

YOU THINK BREANNA AND BUCKLEY
WANT TO UPHOLD THEIR OATH OF OFFICE
AND LET TRUTH BE ON THE AIRWAVES!

HA!

THAT'S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU
ARE PAYING HIGH TAXES AND GETTING
NOTHING IN RETURN FOR IT.

That's my Friday night statement on this lunacy.

Leo A. Sacco, Jr. with his "See it, Say It"
so he could file false charges on
someone filing a public records request.

A request regarding a rumor on a varsity coach
and an elected official's daughter!

Leo, asking if you see it just say it -
is like the child molesting Catholic priest
who hears sins in the confessional
so that he can find his next rape victim.

Leo has you say it, and if he realized what
you said was true, he went after you!

Think Buckley is any better?  Think again.

Leo deserves prison time with his accomplice,
Edward P. Finn and the current pathetic
Council President who loves to lie to the police.

It's your rogue's gallery,
I'm one hundred yards away
watching Medford like an Eagle flying above
but not having to be insulted by
seven lunatics on an overpaid city
council that do nothing but
stand in the way of civil rights.

The bigots in Medford want to talk to YOU about Discrimination on March 10 and 13th.

If I'm gonna get screwed, well, let it be by Josh Hawley.

He might be a sleazy Trumpian bigot,
but at least he's cute..
