Att: Mayor Lungo Koehn ___Moral Turpitude vs Adam Knight: Bank Photos: Time to Impeach Adam Knight and Remove Him From City Council of Medford

Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn

Medford City Hall
85 Geo P. Hassett Dr
Medford MA 02155

Madame Mayor,

First, I want to thank Chief of Police Jack Buckley for finding a parking space for me
today to pick up this important CD at 100 Main St.  I appreciate it.

It is time for formal impeachment charges against Medford City Councilor Adam Knight.

Before Councilor Knight smashed a bank door, he was displaying anger on April Fool's day
in the lobby at the Bank of America on Mystic Ave   There are some photographs attached.

Moral Turpitude is a phrase that describes wicked, deviant behavior constituting an immoral,
unethical, or unjust departure from ordinary social standards such that it would shock a community.

1)See photos enclosed of temperamental Knight raising his arms in the lobby
before smashing the bank door

2)and running like a coward, not fessing up to the bank manager
as a solid citizen would do, but,

3)"fleeing at a high rate of speed" according to the police report
and witnesses.

City Councilor Isaac Bruce Bears II who calls himself "Zac Bears" also showed up in a
police report, end of October 2021, terrorizing residents to the point where the police were
called for Zac's midnight stalking he calls "campaigning."   At midnight?  Dogs barking and
a citizen afraid enough to phone the police?

These rogue elected and appointed officials are never held accountable, be it retired,
violent city clerk Edward P. Finn, or ex council president Bob Maiocco with his Wells Fargo
problems, Scarpelli's alleged negligence out in Otis, Mass. when that rape or rapes occurred,
Medford voters are hardly getting the pick of the litter...far from it.

This current city council is the worst of the worst, all seven of them voting to deny this
writer to speak about their salaries on the first council meeting of the year, a flagrant
violation of the oath that they had just taken!

They didn't want me to discuss their salaries!  That they set, that they vote on, and the
wild rumor that they want to double their current obscene paycheck.

My blog is so subversive looking into city councilor salaries, oh my God.
I simply MUST be militant MAGA (but you know I'm not.)

Let's keep this somewhat brief with two or three important notes

1)Adam Knight, a public figure with access to the media that private people
do not have, said this lie to the weekly Medford Transcript, spinning it Knight's
way for the upcoming election:

The incident, according to Knight,
was “just an accident.
There’s not much of a news story.”

A city councilor charged with "wanton destruction" by the Medford Police Department is a
HUGE local news story, but that's a councilor getting to tell his distortion of the truth (lies)
so that the public is kept in the dark that some perpetually angry individual lost his temper
to the point where he's stomping around, raising his arms, at the ATM, then smashing a
bank door.

Who does that?  Outside of Bonnie and Clyde, who does that?

2)THE FILM/PHOTOS: On July 27, 2022, almost 16 months from April 1, 2021 when Knight demolished
the door intentionally and fled away (you won't see him in the video apologizing to
the bank manager,) the photographs were finally handed over to the public.

That is a dishonest man.  Moral turpitude, dishonest councilor Knight smashes
bank door and runs like a third grader from his criminal act.

Not an alleged criminal act.  Are we to believe Adam Knight's self-serving
spin in the paper or our own eyes?

What one expects from a violent gangster, not a city councilor.

Madame Mayor, you have a convicted felon on the school committee who stole
from a school.  Why not have election stealer Stat Smith from Everett count the votes
in Medford?   Change your name to Paul Comeau Jr., convicted felon Paul Ruseau
on your current school committee has no use for the name anymore.  It's available.

You're the mayor.  You and Robert Penta were my two favorite city councilors because,
oh my God, you both did your jobs.

I fought long and hard to get you the L'Italien Report and this video, Madame Mayor.
You're welcome.   Now what are you going to do about this moral turpitude from the
always ignorant and harassing Adam Knight?

What Adam Knight did was a moral turpitude violation: "...deviant behavior constituting an immoral,
unethical, or unjust departure from ordinary social standards such that it would shock a community."

Smashing a bank door, intentionally, like Knight is entitled to do such a criminal act and
flee like a bank robber.  Knight robbed a bank of its door.  And he's on the Medford council???

And Knight works at DIA for the government.  What do they think of this?

The incident, according to Knight, was “just an accident.
There’s not much of a news story.”

That was no accident, and private citizens would have had a mug shot, an arrest, would face
trial for destroying bank property, and a police report noting that the coward, Knight, fled "at
a high rate of speed."

Were his two children in the car during the pandemic?  Many were home schooling.  We'd
like to know if Adam Knight's children were in a car at a "high rate of speed" after daddy dearest
smashed the bank door.  What a poor example if the children witnessed dad in a fit of rage.

How terrified two little kids would be to see a monster in a rage, and then see that it is their
own father!

And it makes one wonder if those children are safe in that home.  Something you, Madame Mayor,
need to look into as this is YOUR CITY and you've been made aware of potential alleged
child abuse due to Knight's public display of rage, anger and malicious destruction of property.
Wanton destruction, the police called it.

 WANTON DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY G.L. c. 266, § 127
The defendant is charged with wanton destruction of property (of a value over $1,200).
In order to prove the defendant guilty of this offense, the Commonwealth must prove
the following (two) (three) things beyond a reasonable doubt.

First: That the defendant injured or destroyed the (personal property)
(dwelling house) (building) of another; (and)

Second: That the defendant did so wantonly.

_________________________________________

The voters didn't know that Knight faced a magistrate Sept 24, 2021.
The voters didn't know of an alleged probationary period up to March 24, 2022
With all Knight's connections, he wasn't going to be charged,
just as violent city clerk Edward P. Finn wasn't charged.

We obtained these Bank of America/MPD Adam Knight photos/film
because the Division of Public Records noted to us that:

"The public has a recognized interest in knowing whether
public servants are carrying out their duties in a law abiding
and efficient manner."

I submit that Adam Knight is NOT a law-abiding citizen.
I submit also that Medford's low standards are causing
IRREPARABLE harm to the city that is impossible to repair.

As my friend the late John Byers' daddy (who worked for our
family business at 183 Park Street in the 1970s) would say:
I was born at night, but not last night"

I have a LOT more to say about Adam Knight's wrongful conduct.

Our Revolution will probably knock him off the council, if Knight
doesn't resign before they do.  But that's not the point.

The point, Mayor Lungo-Koehn, is that Joe Viglione is doing all
the heavy lifting long after I have left the city of Medford.

Do your job.  Clean up the mess starting with Mr. Knight.

I've certainly given you the tools that you need

Respectfully,

Joe Viglione
