FROM DET. SGT P. MACKOWSKI: "I believe that the suspects (sic) actions were wanton or careless when he exited the bank door. These actions resulted in the door being damaged. I am now seeking a complaint against Adam Knight D.O.B. 08/16/78 (a 42 year old adult with responsibilities to the public to act correctly- editor) for one count of wanton destruction of property over $1,200.00"
