The corruption is so significant inside the Medford Police Department that the excuses following the child molestation allegations against Patrick M. Rose Sr. is as typical as it is deadly wrong.
The way former commissioner Paul Evans and internal investigations Ann Marie Doherty are talking they sound like a Medford Police Department echo chamber. In Medford, the cops don't
realize that general lying is not the same as interrogation lying. Both should be outlawed. One of them allegedly is.

In Medford, Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr. (retired) would tar and feather any witness/victim until a dashcam or hard evidence would put egg on Sacco's face and - off balance - he'd have to back pedal
and come up with quick excuses. Slick "Buddy" Sacco, his skewed nickname, was a master of it.
When I spoke at the City Council on or about October 17, 2017, regarding MBTA cop Joe Sacco (one of Leo's sons) not getting a breathalyzer or field sobriety test when allegedly drunk driving,
Sacco sounded like a gangster telling me not to go after his family ("Channel 5, Leo. Fair Game" I told the crooked chief of police) - and that I get "the police service" that I "deserve."
The homosexual-bashing cops in Medford include more officers on D.A. Marian Ryan's Brady/Disclosure list than any other department in Middlesex County.
REPEATING PATTERN IS SIMILAR TO THE ROSE CASE
Former Boston police commissioner Paul F. Evans was in the news this past week
Evans and former BPD chief of internal investigations Ann Marie Doherty argued that the additional files will show that the Boston Police Department did everything it could to hold Rose accountable for child abuse allegations in the 1990s, including an internal affairs investigation that found Rose likely abused a 12-year-old.
“We believed at the time, and we still believe, that everything that could be done by the Boston Police Department was done in this matter to hold Rose accountable,” the statement said.

The problem for Evans and Doherty is that we simply cannot believe them, not a second time.

What Medford city government is lacking is a model of civil, good-natured debate, This writer was polite, well-informed and kind. The city reacted with hostility, mud-flinging and a failure to provide services that taxpayers fund. Fine. So I created an online magazine to show exactly how cruel and corrupt (AND HYPOCRITICAL) individuals like Mark E. Rumley (ex city solicitor,) ex Mayor McGlynn, ex Mayor Burke, ex police chief Sacco, disgraced ex city clerk Edward P. Finn, disingenuous Neil Osborne, untrustworthy Michael Marks, pathological liar Richard F. Caraviello, and other underhanded political types are.
It was their choice. I was polite, kind and considerate. They chose to have a journalist investigate their sinister activities.
Funny thing is, I hear from the rumor mill that Michael Marks and David Koehn, husband to the current mayor, agree with much that I write. My former editor Nell Escobar Coakley at the Medford Transcript made two interesting statements: "They thought you were crazy; one by one they came into my office and said that you were right." I get that a lot. Escobar-Coakley's other comment was "There are paranoids out there, but you've got real enemies." I get that a lot too.
On or about June 16, 2015 during an election cycle, this senior citizen was viciously assaulted by ex football player and ex city clerk Edward P. Finn.
I was forced into dropping the case with threats from Detective Paul Mackowski of the Medford Police Department. So I dropped my charges against crooked Ed Finn and his felonious assault. ( Notice that I am not putting the word "alleged" felon Ed Finn.) That's because in December Mackowski wrongfully resurrected the case to file false charges of "witness intimidation" against the victim.
It had nothing to do with the assault. It was that I had filed a public records request on allegations that a former mayor's daughter was having sexual relations with a varsity coach.
They treated this reporter like Saudi Arabian journalist Jamal Khashoggi and you know if we weren't on American soil they would have killed me.
A cement slab, now in possession of the Malden Police Dept., was hurled through my bedroom window Nov 8, 2019, after multiple death threats from someone saying the police would do it.
There's a police report in Malden. I had moved and because of the threats I kept my address private. Then again, if city government has access to the Registry of Motor Vehicles....they would know my
new address.

It's been my experience that the crimes of Detective MacKowski, Medford officers Paul Covino, Kevin Faller, ex chief Sacco, ex city solicitor Rumley, ex clerk Finn, current Council President Caraviello, they pretty
much get swept under the rug.
It's also been my experience that if one is persistent enough, someone gets wind of the story and makes it front page news.

My goal is pretty transparent.
Every dirty cop story out there, from Derek Chauvin to Patrick M. Rose Sr. is an opportunity to publicly pounce on a dirty cop like Mackowski, a foul councilor like Caraviello, an unethical councilor like Michael Marks who intimidated me the moment that I was slugged and should have been on trial for witness intimidation, and here's the punch line:
Dirty Detective Mackowski could ONLY file false "witness intimidation" charges on the victim (I won in court, by the way) if a crime had been committed. The MPD admitted that felon-in-the-court-of-public-opinion
Edward P. Finn indeed committed the crime.
No crime, no witness and - thus - no case.
Filthy Detective Paul MacKowski created a case out of thin air, and - in doing so - convicted Felonious Finn, the MPD admitting that Finn committed a felony....and they let the loser/coward now show up under subpoena with their sleazy court filing with two sleazy police officers (Covino and Faller) and a disturbed clerk of courts in Somerville.
Crooked Caraviello, Council President, is twice my size. So is Mackowski. So is Finn. Bullies. Big, bullies that get their delight beating up on a homosexual elder person.
Michael Marks should have been on trial for Witness Intimidation. He intimidated me the moment that I was slugged.
Shame on Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn. She praised felonious Ed Finn saying "He never took sides." Hope Breanna had her fingers crossed, or was at least lobbying to be Finn's criminal defense attorney.
Breanna, a witness, "heard screaming." Yeah, Breanna, since I was silent, you heard Ed Finn screaming, at me, because I came to City Hall to note that something funky was going on with the TV cameras in
regards to both Bob Penta and Rick Caraviello getting (intentionally?) cheated out of airtime at the council meeting during an election cycle.
If another city, probably an honest mistake by Richie, the videographer. But since it is Medford, where grandma needs a CORI check to bake cookies on TV (it's the truth,) but Breanna has a convicted felon as
vice chair of the school committee, all bets are off.
Yes, I'm the journalist that uncovered that Paul Ruseau, VP of the School Committee, was actually the notorious Paul Comeau Jr.,New Hampshire felon convicted of stealing from a school.
In Medford, shameless Lungo-Koehn doesn't have just ANY THIEF on the School Committee. Her favorite thief steals from a school. The irony can't escape any reasonable person. Hey, if Jackie Bouvier
could change her name to Kennedy and to Onassis, why can't Mr. Comeau steal from a school in one state, change his name, and become VP of the School Committee in another state?
Breanna heard Finn screaming at an elder. She said she heard screaming. I was quiet as a church mouse. Then Breanna praises that felonious act against seniors in the Medford Transcript.
That is sick.
Later that week Finn and his wife behaved like Johnny Carson's Carnac the Magnificent claiming Bob Penta would LOSE the election (ostensibly because Finn slugged me) and that Stephanie Muccini-Burke
would win. I contacted the FBI and alerted them of this in July. After the suspicious election ended, an EC of the Medford Housing Authority - someone few in the city had ever heard of - alleged that he stole the election for Burke. I published the allegation and the individual Muccini-Burke put on her transition team (who ever heard of this guy?) was suddenly let go at Medford Housing Authority
Well, fancy that. "Cause and effect" is a relationship between events or things, where one is the result of the other or others. This is a combination of action and reaction. Something happens (a cause) that leads to an effect. Boost your understanding of this important concept by reviewing some key cause and effect examples.

Finn, a city clerk whose unclean hands touch the votes, purportedly, made a prediction that Muccini-Burke, the less popular candidate, would win. The only person in Medford to be in control of the ballot box
predicted in June of 2015 that Muccini-Burke would prevail in November,. Wow. Pure Genius at work. Or theft of an election.
On January 31, 2017 when I prevailed over Caraviello's nonsense that cost state-wide taxpayers as well as Medford taxpayers, Mr. Edward P. Finn committed another crime. He failed to show up in court
under subpoena.
The same month that Leo A. Sacco Jr's MBTA cop son got his truck and gun taken from him, with a "family member" driving him home he was allegedly so inebriated.
And you want us to believe Evans and Doherty when it comes to Mr. Rose? Really?
