A state rep is accused of driving so drunk that "multiple" motorists called 911 as the car swerved on I-93 with its tires ultimately smoking and police saying they found nine nip bottles and empties.

Worcester Rep. David LeBoeuf, 32, was pulled over in Quincy Tuesday night with his blood alcohol registering four times the legal limit, police said. He blew 0.329 and 0.317, the police report stated.

LeBoeuf was arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court on charges of operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Judge Mary Orfanello released him on personal recognizance, pending a June 28 appearance in court. The Democrat did not return calls from the Herald.
