they had a Magistrate's hearing Sept 24, 2021 and refused to tell the public; I wasn't even alerted and I was watching closely....six weeks or so before an election a city councilor and candidate in court to face criminal hearing and the citizens are kept in the dark? With a journalist on the case? He was put on some 6 month probationary period or something which ended March 24. So now the police falsely claim we can't have a photos in case there is a trial, well the probation is over, no trial. Sec of State ordered MPD to hand over the photos...let's see what Brady-listed Lieutenant Joe Casey comes up with next after all the gibberish he sent to the Sec of State that did not work
