Disgraced Public Records Officers, Lieutenant Joseph W. Casey, has been moving the goal-posts back on Adam Knight's wrongful conduct.

But, as usual, I fought blowhard Rumley and won. Mark E. Rumley is another disgrace, a very bad human being, deluding himself that he's a good person. Mark, being the investigator of the board you sat on is as crooked as Donald Trump stealing from the U.S.A. In the opinion of the public, Mark Rumley, you're just a petty crook, another thief, and people mock you behind your back.
Trust this honest reporter, people come up to me knowing our vendetta and they spit at you.
So go to sleep at night, Mark Rumley, and understand that the citizens have your number...so did Breanna by booting your ass out of the solicitor's office.
