On April 23, 2023, Mr. Caraviello put forth some lies 
purportedly as campaign promises.
Let us discuss them.

CARAVIELLO'S FIRST FALSE CLAIM 
1)To Provide a Seat at the Table to Everyone who Wants One

On May 11, 2021 Caraviello and Zac Bears allegedly harassed
a former city councilor and wouldn't let him speak.  Everyone
has a seat at the table, but not a former colleague? How boorish!

On June 30, 2017 I filed with the MCAD against Mr. Caraviello for
failure to provide "public accommodations" - a violation of Mass. Law.
Letter is posted below: but here's a brief summary

How can Medford residents respect elected officials when they 
behave in an unethical and illegal manner as 
soon-to-be council president Richard F. Caraviello behaves?
Constituents have to fear Caraviello's temper tantrums and lashing out 
as he did when he lied to the Medford Police Department.  
Constituents have to fear a former council president's 
civil court cases (Robert A. Maiocco Jr.)from his business 
at Wells Fargo (see below) after that same 
council president threatened to hit a citizen 
with a dirty metal pipe...ON CAMERA! 
(Police Chief Sacco called it "inappropriate" in writing, 
but failed to sanction his pal.)

FACT: Caraviello has discriminated against voters and taxpayers.
Allegedly he went "into a rage" - according to a source - against a voter.

On May 11, 2021 it is alleged that Caraviello 

and rookie councilor, unkempt Isaac Bears, 

were out of bounds and out of order when 

there was mayhem (again) while a 

former city councilor attempted to express himself. 

 In Medford they squelch free speech and freedom of the press, 

 intentionally, fracturing the oath of office 

they take along with the 30k annually each. Ouch!

Caraviello abused state and Medford taxes on a vendetta in criminal court lying
his way through the process, and losing, of course.  But it cost Medford a small
fortune for Caraviello's fixation on a journalist.  It was sick and deranged and 
Rick Caraviello walked out of court with egg on his face, an embarrassment in front
of the judge and jury.

Then, after he lost, Caraviello and his friend Mark Tonello followed the victim 
around Medford, Caraviello yelling into the guy's window on Central/Salem St.
at the breakfast place.  A danger to public safety as his victim was driving 
and Caraviello was screaming in the window.

Mayor Material?  Hardly   

The stalking continued - Caraviello blasting the horn at Littlest Laundromat
when his over-60 elderly victim was carrying laundry into the cleaners.

He then was walking near the victim's home.

2nd false Caraviello claim 
To Bring Civility Back to Government

a)Caraviello is rude and obnoxious at the city council.
Abusing the police department at the council chambers to
stop Facebook Live (Neil Osborne and Rachel Tanenhouse violated
the open meeting law at the Disability Commission by also stopping
me from going Facebook Live. )  Caraviello does not know the law.
He's mentally deficient, needs to take an elocution class if taxpayers
want to hear clear and firm speech, and is slovenly in appearance.

Stalking a victim who prevailed over Caraviello's lies (perjury) in court
is hardly civility

b)Paul Ruseau on the school committee never told us that his birth name 
was Paul Comeau, Jr. and that he changed it after he was imprisoned for
a felony or two.  Get this: Ruseau stole from a school in New Hampshire,
went to prison, and then changed his name and ran for office in Medford

Caraviello was in a horrifying boat accident where the boat allegedly
flipped over, the propeller cutting off a body part of a Caraviello family
member.

Civility in Government?  How does a boat flip over?  Allegations are
that cocaine and alcohol were involved.  This reporter hasn't verified
that, but it is the allegation and this is an election.  The most protected
right is Free Speech to keep voters informed.  Maybe Paul Ruseau will
tell us....on second thought....

We know Caraviello is a confirmed liar, lying in the police report,
lying in a court of law.  You expect the mayoral candidate to confess
if alcohol and drugs were involved?

The simple question: HOW THE HELL DOES A BOAT FLIP OVER?
WHERE ARE THE POLICE REPORTS

CARAVIELLO family allegedly got 1 million dollars from the bad situation.

Civility in government?  It begs the question: IF Caraviello was at fault,
and if a family member was maimed for life, are you going to trust Medford
to such an unethical, dishonest, unhinged maniac?

Caraviello has a temper.  That is a fact.

Caraviello is an embarrassment to the community.

 

3)TO PROVIDE STABILITY TO CITY HALL
....is that while allegedly flipping a boat over or stalking a victim
at a laundromat, driving recklessly and blasting the horn, or
yelling in a window at a red light to distract a driver ....

Deranged isn't a precise enough word for maniacal Caraviello
He's simply a horrible human being and a family member is
maimed for life.  Was Caraviello driving the vehicle and was
he high on drugs or on alcohol?  How the hell did the boat flip
over?  That is not something you see every day.  But having
witnessed the bad driving on Salem St we can all estimate
the math: someone lost their ankle in a situation that Caraviello
was in.  And he wants you to put your life in his hands as mayor?

Council President Rick Caraviello called the police on this reporter March 28, 2017 
because he didn't want Facebook live in the council chambers.  
Caraviello also filed a false criminal complaint, lying to the Medford Police, 
falsely accusing this reporter of "witness intimidation"  which was dismissed January 31, 2017.  

Keep in mind, I defeated Atty Neil Osborne and board member Rachel Tanenhaus when
they refused to let me video on Facebook live a Disability meeting.  I prevailed and they
had violated the Open Meeting Law.  I submit that Caraviello did as well.

Before one council meeting - at the podium - Caraviello blurted out: "I'm the Biggest
S.O.B. in Medford.  That's what that individual considers civility in government.
What Caraviello is good at, actually, is lying, as we found out in court. 


In court my lawyer demolished Caraviello and now-retired Judge Michele B. Hogan
was not happy with corrupt retired detective Paul MacKowski and Caraviello.

There was Caraviello on the witness stand, committing perjury about not moonlighting
on the city council (Fact: During a council meeting Caraviello got up and left, came over
to me to tell me he had to "pick up a fare" for RC Limos.)  Caraviello refused to vote on
a pay-to-park video featuring Mayor Michael J. McGlynn  He left council chambers, though
paid as a city councilor, to pick up more money from RC Limos.  Caraviello did not do his
job, and now he wants to be mayor?

When asked in court if he ever moonlighted, he lied under oath to Judge Hogan and
the jury and said no.   You think that a dishonest man like Caraviello should be mayor? 

These are the censorship tactics that the Caraviello employs because 
Caraviello wants no sunshine, no transparency, no public access TV.
