Inept and Bungling City Council Upset over Notorious Intersection

Scarpelli and Donato can't get it done!
So Scarpelli expresses frustration over his own incompetence!

Heck, I'm not a councilor and I sure get the ear of people-in-the-know.  For 30K a year we deserve better than "Scarpelli's Frustration!"
Maybe he wants Paul to grab him you-know-where too!  

Problem is, Mr. Donato's afraid if he attempts to lift that belly he'd break his arm!

Councilors expressed their frustration at the lack of action taken to improve safety at the intersection, which spans multiple jurisdictions. Councilor George Scarpelli said he spoke to state Rep. Paul Donato, who had difficulty arranging a meeting with MassDOT representatives to discuss the intersection before the holidays.
