You were ineffective in Otis Mass and the voters are stupid to reinstall inadequate councilors. NEWS FLASH TO SCARPELLI, YOU'RE AN ELECTED OFFICIAL - DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET IT DONE. I WOULD. We pay these individuals 30K a year each.
