How do we improve Medford after 9 months of a new administration?
How do we bring the unity, community, transparency that Mayor Breanna promised us on the campaign trail?
The L'Italien Report is the gift that keeps on giving.
I had to fight Mark Rumley's sleight of hand a year ago, October 1, 2020, when I filed a public records request and the ex city solicitor fought me tooth and nail not to release a report paid by the public, the notorious L'Italien Report featuring approximately two dozen or so police officers that District Attorney Marian Ryan herself deemed "untrustworthy."
Mayor Lungo-Koehn's supporters believed she would sweep in and clean house.
She put Police Chief Jack Buckley on notice at the city council on October 1, 2020 at the infamous meeting of the council when Police Chief Buckley shamed himself calling allegedly dishonest officers "all good men and women."
Councilor Lungo-Koehn informed Buckley - on television - that her constituents feared the police.
It's not too late for Mayor Lungo-Koehn to do the right thing. She got all palsy with Mike Nestor at the DPW when good sources allege he was #1 on her list for removal.
Why the about face, Breanna? Nestor, Buckley, the untrustworthy cops, all part of the old McGlynn/Muccini-Burke regime.
The people who voted for you didn't just want a cleansing, they were demanding an enormous fumigation!

On November 8th someone threw a concrete slab through my bedroom window which could have killed me. I was in the living room at 5:20 am as a tenant was going to New York, so I was up to say goodbye and get the key. Imagine if I were asleep in my bed. I would not wake up. Police Chief Buckley "palling around with terrorists" (to paraphrase Sarah Alaska there, what's her name...(Palin, I had to Google another corrupt Republican we'd rather forget) - Chief Buckley up at Tufts allegedly allowing subversive "Medford Mobilized" or whatever they are calling themselves this week videotape police officers in training, allegedly.
And Breanna said a year ago, October 1, 2019, that her constituents FEAR the police. Put on your lawyer's hat, Attorney Lungo-Koehn, and put Buckley on notice that his alleged arrogance and Rumley-sleight-of-hand have no place under the oath of "serve and protect."
Protect and serve? With the most Brady-infested police force in all of Middlesex County who allegedly would rather throw a cement slab through a reporter's bedroom window (I know I'm cute, those men in uniform were just jealous they weren't on the OTHER side of the window) ...you can't play Polyanna 24/7, Breanna. You have the right hairstyle, but Disney wants someone much much younger.
Try playing mayor for a change. Work half as hard as I work and you might bring back the voters who supported you who are disappointed in the first nine months of 2020.
