From a Zoom call, Bill Giglio, a former candidate for School Committee, asked why the mayor had hired someone who had been dismissed from her state position.

Giglio also asked the question in writing: “Why wasn't it ever mentioned that this person was just fired or let go from the same position a few months back while working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for passing thru many state workers as a vaccine exemption status that should not have? During a major pandemic? When the state was requiring a vaccine mandate, she was giving many people exemption status so they wouldn't have to get vaccinated.
