You never want to post just to piss people off; you want to file to shine a light on potential malfeasance, or in the case of the Medford council, most probably malfeasance: a police report on Zac Bears last Halloween, a criminal complaint on Adam Knight until March 24 - ten more days - absolutely shameful. Knight is under the watchful eye of the court for his run in with a bank door last April Fool's day, and his fleeing the scene at "a high rate of speed," according to the police report.
