This is about the candidates this week more than this producer and his access TV colleagues.

The candidates are being cheated out of airtime that we all pay for.

Ben Brown and I discussed the AWFUL Public Service Announcements on Channel 45 and they are running instead of a bulletin board.

Awful.

If we didn't shut down Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. there would be no Six Hundred Grand to splurge like a drunken court clerk on a packie run.

Jeanine met with me last week and said Ben Brown would contact me.  I have programming to air.  LOTS OF GOOD, CLEAN programming which can replace Nasa and the Public Service Announcements on our channel 47 and 45 respectively.

You candidates are being buffaloed by Stephanie.

Ben, I have real programming...some of it taped decades before you were born.

One of the first access TV hosts in America in 1979  (Some access started in the early 70s; I actually wrote liner notes to a DVD of access TV 1973, out in worldwide distribution.)

Krissy Fraser censored my proposed speech on film; ok, she's jealous and seething with envy.,  That's easy to read.

But Ben Brown denying candidates with six days prior to an election. A  real station manager would fight for the First Amendment rights of candidates   Not just for me...for the candidates.

Not cave in to a mayor who was forced to take an online course on conflict of interest by a public records request which I filed over a month ago.

The Secretary of State investigated on August 28; Stephanie finally took the exam on August 29.

Do the math.

Citizens deserve better.  These aren't public servants.  We the public pay into a system that takes advantage of us.

When can we put our programming on access TV, Jeanine? 

Was it four years ago (2014) when I had Mark Rumley drag Paul Camuso into Room 207 about the open meeting law?  And Paulette Van der Klute, Rick Caraviello and now Mrs. Burke didn't get the hint four years later, Mark, that they have an obligation to the citizens to play by the rules?????

This producer has fought hard for access TV in Medford.  Six days before an election we have NASA and ugly public service announcements.

Hey Mrs. Burke, you can TAKE the online exam on conflicts of interest, but when you prance around on the government channel instead of airing a July city council meeting, it is clear you didn't take anything AWAY from the exam with you.

Indian journalist Gauri Lankesh shot dead in Bangalore

A prominent Indian journalist critical of Hindu nationalist politics has been shot dead in the south-western state of Karnataka, police say.

Gauri Lankesh, 55, was found lying in a pool of blood outside her home in the city of Bangalore.

She was shot in the head and chest by gunmen who arrived by motorcycle. The motive for the crime was not clear.   (OH, it's clear to me...she got the Jimmy DiPaola (alleged) Special*, obviously, only they didn't call it a suicide in her case!)

The late Jimmy DiPaola was alleged to have committed suicide; allegedly with a pillow over his head...allegedly, The suicide note(s) impounded from the public eye; a public that feels doubly cheated and has no answers.   Many people have a theory that DiPaola and two other alleged "suicides" from the Billerica House of Correction were not exactly suicides...but the facts are not out in these cases, only allegations.

One poster on my Facebook page said Muccini-Blecch says that Garfield Ave is not a priority.
But Houston is?  Grandstanding, bean-counting charlatan of an alleged "mayor."

People have to complain. It is an election year. MAKE it a priority for her. MAKE it a priority. One person can't do it alone, I am doing ALL the work in this city. Even the candidates are pretty much invisible. She is going to waltz right in and keep ruining this city, pushing it to the breaking point. Call up the DPW and let them know it MUST be a priority. PAVE THE ENTIRE STREET, not these phony fix it jobs.

     In February of 1994, when Mark Gallagher was the station manager, TV3 moved in to 40 Canal Street. Twenty-three years later after the bogus board of directors cheated the cable TV subscribers out of Access TV, your city government led by Stephanie Muccini-Burke is doing the same. Stephanie Burke's disgusting abuse and conflict of interest as "Issuing Authority" who played her own video on or about July 18, 2017 instead of the city council, was called a "charlatan" by WRKO radio. 

Now you know why. Here is the indemnification form from Malden TV that Ben Brown - the new "station manager" told me that he needed two weeks to find. How inappropriate for the 65k-75k that was advertised as the pay for the job of station manager

Given the fact that Council President Richard F. Caraviello failed to have a signed certificate regarding the open meeting law, as required, and only signed one ten days after my public records request, the public has a right to know if the mayor, the school superintendent and Ms. Riccio are or are not in compliance - especially in light of the fact that the school superintendent failed to alert the public to board meetings of what he now calls a "Chapter 74" board that even members of the school committee and city council were unaware of.

With the two petitions from many parents to remove Roy Belson ignored by the school committee, and the fact that secret board meetings were held (Mr. Belson could have alerted me to them when he met with me in November of 2016 at the access station - especially since it was Joe Viglione, Doreen Wade and Robert M. Penta who saved the city 600k plus by alerting the city to the wrongful conduct of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc, directly resulting in the termination of the contract MCC held with the city,) it is clear that public records request after public records request has to be filed to scrutinize what should be transparent meetings that Belson and Burke INTENTIONALLY and MALICIOUSLY hold from the public's view.    This is quite sad given that we have no access station, yet the students and the city council are using it when they have their own monies for their own station.  I have been fighting this fight in Medford since 2002, having met with City Solicitor Rumley and former diversity director Diane McLeod early in 2003.   My heart is in the right place.  A mayor who is such a coward using the access facility in an inappropriate manner to DENY the public their voice is immoral and a violation of her obligations as "issuing authority."   

This established writer first hosted an access TV show in 1979 and no matter how many rocks Mark Rumley throws at me, I will continue to fight for the rights of every citizen in Medford, no matter how hard Mr. Belson and Mrs. Burke push back with their slander, libel and harassment.  

Mr. Belson called me "Mr. Piglione," pure libel.  Mrs. Burke slandered me at La Cascia's bakery, in front of witnesses, calling my blog "vulgar" when her husband interfered in my October 2015 taping at the Chevalier by calling me an obscenity in front of dozens of people, including seniors.  I want this on the public record since these requests ARE public record.  The hypocrisy is chilling, Ms. Palmer.  I am not blaming you, I am putting the blame where it belongs: on Belson, Van der Kloot, Muccini-Burke, Mr. Rumley and their cabal.

Every day Mayor Burke cheats us out of our access TV is another piece of evidence a good lawyer can use to put an injunction on the election, or the access TV station to stop the students and council from using it.  If Mrs. Burke thinks I'm bluffing she is misguided: every week I am in touch with name lawyers in regards to my civil rights action against the city of Medford for the false charges they filed on me.  So help me God.   If Mr. Rumley doesn't believe it, my main lawyer can verify that I am moving forward with the case with a new attorney who handles civil rights.  I will be asking the new attorney to file an injunction and put a stop to the abuse of the access TV station, SO HELP ME GOD.

This is a request for public records pursuant to G.L. c. 66 § 10. Please supply copies or make  available for inspection public records containing the following information:

1)the certificate of receipt of open meeting law materials signed by City Council President Roy E. Belson

2)the certificate of receipt of open meeting law materials signed by Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke  (as chair person of the school committee the mayor is required to sign this document, I believe)

3)the certificate of receipt of open meeting law materials signed by Heidi Riccio

4)the certificate of receipt of open meeting law materials signed by Paulette Van der Kloot
