An Open Letter to Adam Knight - It's Not Personal

To Adam Knight
You must resign.
And it's not personal.
I just spoke with the city clerk and explained my position.
There are people that I think should be removed before Adam Knight:
1)Rick Caraviello
2)George Scarpelli
3)Certainly Knight's nemesis, MacKowski
4)Chief Buckley
Medford politics is not my world, you don't write about 15,000 or 20,000 articles on music obsessing over lunatics.
This Tuesday I received some mega compliments in my industry (and it was quite a good and eventful day.) This warmed my heart from someone in the biz that I respect:
"Joe, I think you are one of the most important music reviewers of our time."
That's because I push the envelope and do things in my reviews that aren't part of the general "rule book." Like interviewing a songwriter who was IN the studio with Johnny Mathis about the recording of one of his albums." I balance the criticism of the record with giving the reader information on what went down during the recording. 50 to 100 years from now that information will be cherished. It is already cherished today.
Pick up one of the books I'm published in; I don't know why I've never seen information on the influence Vanilla Fudge had on Deep Purple. Fudge still has its following but Purple has a massive following to this day, especially in Europe.
That's my world, outside of Medford politics, and at my age I AM a maniac when it comes to all the hours I log with everything I have to do.
And it doesn't go to my head. It's just nice to slap on the resume' because there are more mixes and transfers to be done. It makes one smile and then it's back to the catalog and the publicity and the new releases.

GOOD WORK ETHIC VS. SLOPPY ED FINN
The Ed Finn lazy work ethic, where that bastard needs to get a job, well, Finn is much too stupid to comprehend that, and doesn't know a fxxxxng thing about what I do. What IS personal is not Mr. Finn, it's the fact that Finn committed a felony and needs to be in prison.
Ed Finn is a very bad person, and look how much improved Medford life is with a different city clerk proving the job needed fresh eyes and someone who takes the job seriously. Finn got a free ride, shame on that lazy, unethical, dangerous son of a bitch.
I say that just to point out that the thug was very, very bad for Medford and Medford has improved with Greenpeace towing Ed Finn and Donald Trump's Twitter account back into the water. It's simply business.
Medford Info Central is my fun and relaxation being in a business that is rougher than the Airline industry (CAP intentional.)
When I see a bunch of rogue buffoons taking too much money and not doing their job, I lend a hand and help a city out; a city with deep roots with both sides of my family.
Interesting that my family goes back to the 30's or 40's with the Byers family, and the Byers family goes back with another Medford family (Freddy Dello Russo) yet I don't know that family other than the council meetings. And I'm happy that Frederick N. Dello Russo Jr Jr gave himself some self-imposed term limits.
It's a good thing for the city.
It wasn't personal with Freddy, but as he was a public figure it was pretty fun poking at his low self-image and his own questions about his self-worth (not talking $$$$$). It wasn't personal...these days it's "God bless Freddy...have a good life...stay out of mine." Not the kind of person I want in my life, but there's no animosity and it is always good to bless people. Especially when you're happy that they aren't dismantling local politics.
The most honest thing Paul Camuso said was "I know it's just business and not personal." It wasn't. Mr. Camuso is still a pain in the ass, but the further he stays away the happier I am. Still, I send good vibes and blessings out to his family, and I've always liked his wife (she only pissed me off once, agreeing with a TV 3 person, but Jeanine Camuso, Director, Human Resources is ok in my book.)
It's not personal.
SO WHY DO WE PERSIST IN EXPOSING THE WRONGFUL CONDUCT OF THESE POLITICIANS
QUITE SIMPLE: because what they do is WRONG. Adam Knight is just very bad for Medford.
Let's put it in these terms. How wonderful was it when Twitter took their gadget away from Donald Trump?
It was delightful.
I don't give a damn about Donald Trump, don't want him on my TV show, I think that he's despicable, but it is not personal. The removal of Trump's twitter was fantastic because he wasn't in our face every day. The fucker was gone. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
It's not personal, except that my life is better without Trump being in our sphere every friggin' minute of the day.
Same with Robert A. Maiocco. Uncle Bob is a fiend. Not happy that he was at a restaurant last week that I had some time at, but live and let live. He's at one table, I'm at another, we didn't say a word to each other, the way I like it.
It's not personal.
These are just some very bad people who had no right infecting life in Medford the way that they did.
Mike Nestor? Don't even know the guy. It's not personal, he just needs to be fired or resign or be removed, because from this journalist's investigations, Mr. Nestor harms Medford, he doesn't help Medford. As with Roy Belson, Paul Ruseau Jr., George Scarpelli, that crazed woman on the school committee (I forget her name; it's not personal...it's just the right thing to do.)
It's just the right thing to do.
And Adam Knight WILL Be forced out, so help me God, just the way I got rid of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., allegedly Mayor McGlynn (at least that's what Adam Knight said...)
Adam Knight is a dick. He's the schoolyard bully and he hurts Medford and its citizens. So Adam Knight has to go.
One thing is for damn sure: I am VERY effective when I put my mind to something.
As for Mr. Knight's political career, stick a fork in it. Adam Knight is so done. He's just too fxxxxng stupid to realize it. If he had one scintilla of objectivity, reason and brains, Knight would resign now, because other people are very angry at that police report. So while Knight is obsessing over lil ol' me, he has no idea the powerful people who smell blood in the water and are aiming to pounce on that soon-to-be open seat on the city council.
Have fun, Adam. I'm just the messenger. I just like to write all day long about all sorts of things. I'm not your problem....your problem is the people that you pissed off and now that I opened the door, they have got you on their dartboard.
Good luck, Mr. Knight, your enemies are like vultures circling around your head. Me? I'm just the messenger...look up, because some people that you made very angry are licking their chops.
I would venture a guess a bunch of them are at 100 Main St. since I got the public records request back in record time....but what do I know? I'm just some lowly rock critic, right?
It's simply business.
In general business they use OPM: other people's money.
In the world of journalism it's OPE - other people's enemies. The door is opened and those vultures I don't know (and don't care to know) are now fixated on you, young man. Enjoy.

30 Boston officers made more than $300,000 in 2020
Amid sustained calls for police reform, marches demanding an end to systemic racism, and an uptick in street violence, more than 30 Boston police officers made more than $300,000 last year thanks in part to overtime earnings that yet again exceeded what the city had budgeted for the year. Sean P. Smith, a lieutenant, was the top earner in the department, pulling in $124,000 in overtime on top of his $145,000 in base pay. He also collected roughly $45,000 in detail pay, which is accrued separately from overtime; $36,000 in educational benefits; and $13,000 in “other” pay, according to city records.
All told, Smith made $365,000. (Taxpayers don’t directly pay for details, although developers and utilities do pass on those costs to consumers.)
Smith was followed on the list by Waiman Lee, a detective who made $360,000. His base pay was $108,000 and he earned $96,000 in overtime. The third-highest earner in the department John M. Brown, a sergeant detective who made $345,000. Brown’s base pay was $132,000 and he made $155,000 in overtime.

Disgusting Mosquito Spray ....don't breathe the Medford air.... Mosquito Control Activities Planned for May 3-7
The East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project will be conducting a helicopter application of the biological larvicide, Bti, to control mosquito larvae over large wetland areas of Medford. Wetlands currently being evaluated for this application are located in the areas of Wrights Pond, Silver Mine Hill, Bellevue Pond tributary and north of Medford High School. The application will take place between May 3 and May 7. The Bti will be applied in a granular formulation by a helicopter flying low directly over the wetlands. Residents do not need to take any special precautions for this application.
The material to be applied Bti (Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis) is a natural bacterium found in soil. The EPA classifies Bti as a relatively non-toxic pesticide. Bti is considered a target selective and environmentally compatible pesticide that affects mosquito larvae and a few closely related aquatic insects in the fly family. Once applied Bti stays suspended in water for 24 to 48 hours and then biodegrades as it settles to the bottom. The product name of the Bti is VectoBac GS (EPA Reg. #73049-10).

Taxpayers Funding Two Hundred Thousand Dollar City Council are being Cheated

Taxpayers in Medford fund one of the most expensive city councils in Middlesex County, if not the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The two hundred thousand dollars or so going to individuals who put their own agenda first could be better spent on infrastructure if Medford had an all-volunteer council and volunteer school committee.
The city would have more effective councilors who speak from the heart and who - by investing their time - provide an indication that they are likely to put Medford first.
SUSPECT IN SMASHED GLASS AT MYSTIC AVENUE

ADAM KNIGHT, FLED SCENE AT HIGH RATE OF SPEED ACCORDING TO MEDFORD POLICE REPORT.
Councilor Knight's run-in with the law on April 1, 2021 - and allegedly fleeing the scene - is evidence that the current system is broken.
It was an act of cowardice not to dial the bank from Knight's car, apologize to the manager - who was on duty - and settle the account. Instead, Knight took off allegedly thinking that he wouldn't be caught. A witness took his license down and the suspect was sought by the police, according to my reading of the police report. Knight eventually spoke with the police and admitted to cursing the Lord. Great role model for the children of Medford? Hardly. Knight's bad temper is legend in this municipality and I've witnessed the harassment of a woman, a former city councilor, a doctor and others by Adam Knight's abuse of the bully pulpit.

The day of reckoning is here, and citizens are required to file complaints on the erratic behavior of a council vice president purportedly receiving about Thirty One Thousand Dollars of your taxes.
What if your child was in the bank and got sprayed with broken glass, hearing Mr. Knight yell out the Lord's name in a malicious, vulgar way, only to watch Knight speed off in a vehicle instead of holding himself responsible and accountable?
What if your elder relative got glass in the eye due to Knight engaging in what Sgt/Detective Paul MacKowski determined was a "wanton" act - one that is selfish no matter what the consequences for possible victims:
"Wanton act is an act done by a person in reckless disregard of the rights of another. When a person does an act without considering its consequences it is called a wanton act. Such an act is more than negligence or gross negligence. It is equal to the effects of a willful misconduct."

WHY WAS KNIGHT NOT ARRESTED BY SGT. MACKOWSKI?
Officer Paul MacKowski personally told me in a phone conversation that he arrested Gary Zappelli of the now defunct Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. See article in the Medford Transcript:

Now please keep in mind, like Adam Knight being an official, Mr. Zappelli was a former board member of the station with a fiduciary obligation to the citizens of Medford. Zappelli would abuse his authority, smear councilors like Breanna Lungo Koehn and Bob Penta as they didn't pay him for services during the election cycle, while Zappelli would praise a reprobate like Michael Marks who did pay Zappelli. It was clear pay to play and abuse of elected officials who didn't pony up.
I asked underhanded Michael Marks how he could pay to play while his colleagues were being unmercifully bashed and Marks shrugged his shoulders saying "Gary is Gary." Talk about a political snake evading the question. Your colleagues got smeared, you paid to play, and you looked good on the TV. With friends like Michael Marks, Bob and Breanna, who needs enemies?
I warned a city councilor about Rick Caraviello being two-faced and got yelled at. When Caraviello stabbed that friend in the back I got a quasi-apology. But what is wrong with people accepting the likes of Caraviello, with his multiple failed businesses and lies to the police, as the expensive President of the Medford City Council?
Shame on every resident that fails to do their homework and see how disingenuous, dangerous and ignorant these "elected officials" turn out to be.
THE FIRST REPORT ON TV3, BY THIS INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER
Mayor McGlynn requested that I write a report on MCC TV3, which I did, and which led to the Rumley Report. Former city solicitor Rumley borrowed generously from my initial report and my updates, promised to credit me, and failed to do so. Are you getting the picture, people? Do you see why Adam Knight is the rule, not the exception. This wrongful conduct has gone on for decades in the city, and Sgt. MacKowski is part of the problem.
Their hope is that if they all act mean and angry, citizens will run, not walk, run and let the malfeasance continue and just appear to be how business is done.
Well, it is wrong.
MacKowski not arresting Adam Knight IS a problem. He arrested Zappelli over an alleged threat to cause harm, and Knight, who has smashed glass and fleeing the scene of the event, gets a pass?
NO! Knight MUST be arrested, must be removed from the city council, and must be permanently banned from Medford politics.
Back to TV3 for a moment to provide more evidence:
Oct 3, 2013 — According to Superior Court documentation: “Zappelli allegedly ... A recent arrest on charges of making a false bomb threat has added fodder to ...
Zappelli's notorious conduct included having an image of himself punching violently an image of this writer, airing week after week after week. We are not talking about individuals with scruples. We are talking about an angry individual inciting violence against a public access producer on the television station while denying me my right to the First Amendment.
Does anyone get the gravity of this? Zappelli was part of a board of directors denying myself and many others the same right that he had. And he used the First Amendment to somehow get out of the Grand Jury indictment. But he used the powerful platform to air a violent video aimed at me until I brought him to the police station to call a truce and sign a mutual agreement.
The police had determined that I was the sole victim, but it was clear that the underhanded mayor and possibly the solicitor (whose fingerprints were EVERYWHERE on the malfeasance) didn't want the victim to have his First Amendment rights or even safety from a group of dangerous people who threatened me ...which is on court record.
What I do helping the city, which was the job of former detective John J. McLean, cost me financially, emotionally and reputation wise. McLean phoned me when TV3 was dismantled and said "You won. You won. And the city is better off for it."
And then I was slugged by a city clerk, and harassed by the very detective, Paul MacKowski, who failed to arrest Adam Knight. I beat MacKowski in a court of law, and MacKowski was thrown off of a witness stand in another court while he was "under subpoena" (that he should never have accepted) ...literally aiding and abetting a stalker. MacKowski and Rumley (also thrown off the witness stand for irrelevant testimony) stayed around the courthouse all day to watch me wipe the floor with my tormentor, the judge giving me protection for another three years.
Without a lawyer I prevailed, and Rumley and MacKowski were there watching me. They are terrified of this news outlet, and that says to this elder person that what they do is not Kosher and they don't want the light of the free press, the Fourth Estate, the flashlight. It's key to know with MacKowski now involved in this horrendous Adam Knight case.
MAYOR MCGLYNN'S CITY SOLICITOR FAILED TO DO HIS JOB...INTENTIONALLY
The city solicitor, Mark E. Rumley, was on the board of directors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., and promised the citizens he would get to the bottom of the missing monies. About Thirty Eight Thousand was reported not accounted for by the Medford Transcript and despite the writer's best efforts, we couldn't get conflicted Rumley to do his job. Rumley was investigating a board that he sat on. Rumley was one of the most powerful officials in Medford. His successor is far more honest and professional, thank God.

The Zappelli Case and the Adam Knight Case, an important
study for the safety of Medford citizens:
In my opinion, having looked at the case up at the courthouse and studying it, the Zappelli case should never have been dismissed. It sure looked like someone with some political weight (three guesses who? That one is easy, people ...alleged initials of the alleged MM and that is NOT Michael Marks) allegedly got the case dismissed. And now Adam Knight believes he will get a pass as well. Probably by the same "Godfather" of this municipality...Medford's own "Michael Corleone," if you will.
DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN.
Look at Knight's petitions to the council and the issues that he votes against, and votes for. Citizens do not invest the time in studying each and every councilor, the way they speak, and their effectiveness. The council president and vice president in 2021 have terrible public speaking skills. That matters. The president mumbles, the vice president sounds like a vinyl record playing at the wrong speed. That is so disrespectful to the taxpayers funding the fiasco, and make no doubt about it, the Medford City Council has been a fiasco for the past two decades.
The clearest way to send a message to a flawed, malicious and self-serving city council is to remove Adam Knight.
Adam Knight should be arrested, investigated, put on trial, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. My preference would be to have an honest Sgt/Detective on the case, but we are talking about Medford with the most untrustworthy police force in all of Middlesex County, according to District Attorney Marian Ryan's Disclosure / Brady list.
If Adam Knight isn't indicted, I'm blaming Paul MacKowski. And you, dear taxpayer/resident, will get screwed again by a flawed system with alleged public servants that can't be trusted.
The bottom line: Paul MacKowski went after an innocent man for his vendetta; meanwhile, Adam Knight smashed the glass of a bank and fled.
That math is easy to do.
Remove Knight from the city council. Arrest him, and let him have his day in court. Anything less is diabolical, Mr. MacKowski. Because, Mr. MacKowski, a coward can go after a senior citizen with false charges (and lose.) It takes integrity to take on an elected official, and nothing you have done, Paul MacKowski, that this journalist has witnessed, has displayed any honesty, honor or courage.
Once again, I'm doing the job that the police are paid to do. Got rid of TV3 Medford, a very difficult task. Removing the reprobate Mr. Adam Knight. With this evidence? That is going to be easy, because taxpayers are tired of getting screwed in this city, and that is the argument front and center.
