I left a message for the investigator.
What is the status of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.'s investigation?
The City Solicitor of Medford was the one investigating the board that he sat on, which I believe is a conflict of interest.
The community feels ripped off, so if there was any kind of malfeasance there would be a motive for the solicitor to shut down his investigation.
Which Mark Rumley did.
Exhibit A:
Rumley responded the city has no liability in that matter. He told
the council an inventory list and photographs were taken of TV3′s
equipment, which the city will soon move into storage.
After Medford Community Cablevision dissolves, the city of Medford will take control of any leftover assets and place them in an escrow account to be used for the sole purpose of access television in the future.
Marks asked if cable subscribers could get a refund on their cable bills for the time TV3 has been off the air since the end of March. Rumley answered subscribers could be eligible for a refund on those cable bill fees.
With the absence of TV3, the mayor announced Jack
Dempsey from Medford’s educational access channel would be available to
video tape any city candidates looking to get their message out to
voters.
He said those messages would air on the educational Channel 15 ahead of the Nov. 5 election.

“The AG’s jurisdiction is on whether the nonprofit corporation should be
allowed to go on to complete its dissolution process,” Rumley said.
“The concerns I have are related, but not exactly that. My concerns are
that ‘X’ amount of dollars were given to MCC from the ratepayers in
Medford and [to ensure] the money that was given to them by the
ratepayers was properly accounted for before the dissolution.“
According
to the 990-EZ tax form Pilleri filed with the Internal Revenue Service,
MCC had $133,342 in cash, savings and investments on May 1, 2013.
According to Jacobson’s review conducted for MCC, the organization had only $95,555 in expenses for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2014, indicating a positive balance.
Rumley said he wants to learn what MCC submitted to the AG’s office before taking legal action against MCC.
“I have been considering it,” he said. “But before I do it, I would like to ask the AG [for more information].“
TV3 has been off-air since March 2013.

Meanwhile the mayor of Medford has hijacked the monies - she was once one of the biggest supporters of breaking up Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.,
and
she is as bad or worse than the renegade band of alleged bandits at
TV3, Harvey Alberg - a financial adviser who filed for bankruptcy, Ron
Delucia - a vicious and nasty
individual, Arthur Alan Deluca - investigated by elder services - those
were the people in charge of TV3 - Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
Clearly they have friends in high places, perhaps a former mayor afraid of egg on his face vis-a-vis his hatred of free speech and the First Amendment.
Mark Rumley limits speech with his CORI check. So if a politician wants to run for office and use the TV station, they need a CORI CHECK, even though a LOT of money is spent on Pat Gordon, another joke, to allegedly supervise members and the children.
It's a racket.

And why is Maura Healey not proactive in giving Medford residents information on their cable TV subscriber funds?

in the bad old days of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., a councilor
like Michael Marks could pay a board member or former board member of
the
station an advertisement
fee to get access to the public station, yet there was a time Michael
Marks didn't give a damn about his constituents and their access
to the PUBLIC station.
Speech is limited in Medford because of a thin-skinned city solicitor who may allegedly have something to hide.
We're disgusted
