From the Rumor Mill
and...from City Hall Press release:

Feltch has accepted a position in the Office of State Auditor Suzanne Bump.

As an integral part of Mayor Burke’s staff Feltch was responsible for communications for the City of Medford, constituent issues, and was the City Council Liaison. In her new role as Director of External Affairs, she will be responsible for communication with policymakers, municipal officials, local businesses, and community organizations. She will help communicate the work of the Office of the State Auditor to the public.

We Sincerely Wish Lauren Well, the question for Medford residents is...why the move out of the Medford corner office?

We are just wondering if change is in the wind and if this move gives great weight to the rumor that Muccini-Burke is stepping down to hand it off to John Falco!

Enquiring minds want to know.

This is today's rumor mill.  Make up your own minds, or get some info and e mail us!

From WIKIPEDIA:

Auditor[edit]

She resigned from Patrick's cabinet in order to enter the race for the position of auditor being vacated by longtime Auditor A. Joseph DeNucci. She won the primary and the general election and was sworn in as the State Auditor of Massachusetts on January 19, 2011.
