I am including a public record Mr Hurtubise sent me falsely and fraudulently claiming
it is confidential. It isn't.
Tell Mr. Hurtubis to sue me...sending "confidential" (not) information out, libel for posting his photos in the Farmer Jones outfit, etc.
I would welcome it. The countersuit would put the spotlight on him.
