Thus, I will not name names and ask, respectfully, 

for a No Confidence vote on certain councilors,

without naming them.

Too bad you aren't  man enough to let me read the one 

I just filed.  It would do so

much to enlighten voters that they've been had.

C'est la vie, I'll bring it all to a judge

Revised Petition

 

The Honorable undersigned respectfully 

asked  for and was denied a No Confidence

vote on the alleged next Vice President 

of the City Council.  

 

This was denied a

respected rock journalist, thus, I would 

like to ask if the outgoing Council President,

Richard F. Caraviello, ever hired 

the late sex offender James O'Brien (RIP 2/14/14)

at RC Limos AND then, allegedly, 

pawned him off on the 

Medford Housing Authority

which just lost an appeal in a major case.

 

a)Mayor Lungo-Koehn was horrified 

that a sex offender had keys to every apartment

 

b)Allegedly, Mayor Lungo-Koehn had Mr. Caraviello 

SUSPEND the unethical city clerk, (Caraviello failed

to have the council vote on it; a no no!)
 

Adam Hurtubise, possibly as punishment 

for the sex offender thing.  However, like

Adam Knight violating the council rules to call 

a paper out of order (probably no bank doors

for him to smash that day) and Caraviello 

mumbling that the paper should be heard at 

the New York City Council and not Medford's, 

how will the public get to hear about

allegations that a sitting city councilor arrested 

a few years back, allegedly, for alleged

possession and/or distribution 

of some illicit substance?

 

c)I would like to read from the Civil Service hearing 

AND the Superior Court papers

about the Medford Housing Authority's 

devastating loss which exposes MHA for the

fraudulent collection of bad people that operate 

something that is supposed to help

the homeless, the elderly, the disabled.

 

d)George Scarpelli's episode involving that rape or rapes 

in Otis Mass should be discussed
