2)Bears drove up in his vehicle while a red car was being used by an alleged accomplice
*The word "accomplice" used carefully as this is in a police report. The question is? What kind of nutjob member of a city council is out trick or treating at midnight the day after Halloween?
3)The officer had to catch the other door-to-door trick or treater posting Zac Bears' flyers, purportedly
4)Who wants vehicles going up and down the road at midnight on election day, walking up steps, disturbing residents and their "howling" doggies, creating a ruckus for neighbors who have to hear dogs howl because Fat Zac wants to canvas your neighbor-hood...dash for emphasis on HOOD!
