Dear Council VP Caraviello:
A public records request follows this complaint letter.
On March 4, 2014 I beleive that Council President Paul A. Camuso made two comments:
1)That he had never had heard of the Medford "Patch"
2)That Garfield Avenue would have pothole repairs on Wednesday, March 5th.
I
demand that you go back to the DVD of the Council meeting and see if
those statements were made. If Mr. Camuso is found to have lied to the
public, Camuso should face sanctions including but not limited to:
a)Removal from the presidency of the Council for being dishonest
b)being
warned that an individual handling the city budget caught lying to the
public cannot be trusted to oversee millions of dollars
c)That
Camuso's own uncle was found to have problems with honesty and with
being forthright with the citizens. Robert A. Maiocco did not run again
for the first time in 30 years after he was found to have been a
disgrace.
d)A
complete background check on Paul A. Camuso needs to be made, and made
public, just as Camuso looked into the backgrounds of so many Taxi
drivers.
e)All findings need to be sent to La Donna Hatten, the General Counsel at Sheriff Koutoujian's office on Mystic Ave

Council President lied to his fellow councilors and to the taxpayers who
had to endure Camuso voting himself a raise, against objections from
citizens with the courage to speak up against the travesty.

---emails from Paul Camuso to a "Joe Mastrorio" who allegedly posted on behalf of candidate Camuso
---any Council footage displaying Councilor Camuso shaking hands with Jarret Bencks, John Waller or any other reporter or editor of the Medord Patch.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies,
as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If
you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee
estimate.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a
written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my
