We've posted pictures of the wooden frame on Locust St. for the new condos. I am concerned at the quick and flimsy way they put these buildings up. These Medford buildings have issues. Will they last 70 years? BELMONT (CBS) – A condo building in Belmont was evacuated Friday afternoon after cracks were discovered. An engineering assessment of the seven-story building at 125 Trapelo Road found it had cracks on the upper floors.
More than 75 people have been displaced. 65 year old Belmont Massachusetts apartment building vacated after the Florida apartment collapse. Belmont Condo Building Evacuated After Cracks Discovered Town officials say the building was evacuated out of an abundance of caution, and is not in immediate danger of collapse.
