RE: THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED ON COUNCIL VICE PRESIDENT
ADAM KNIGHT BY THE MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT, LANGUISHING IN SOMERVILLE DISTRICT COURT WITH ONLY 20 DAYS, LESS THAN 3 WEEKS, TO THE GENERAL ELECTION

To Mr. Dan Kennedy:

Why is there no true public access TV in Medford?  (after I shut down TV3 in 2013! after years in and out of court!!)

... And why have the candidates for political office been DENIED the opportunity to have a television program
without a CORI check, and ex solicitor Mark Rumley's erroneous "policy and procedure"
designed to kick members out on mere wild accusations?

This election is tainted in favor of the incumbents, which happens every year, as you - a journalist -
know full well.

CANDIDATES LIKE David McKillop, David Todisco, Cheryl Rodrigues, Jean Nuzzo need public access television

Deficient and way overpaid City Council:  Not our purview, we want to go after the mayor on company time

Wakefield has VOLUNTEER selectmen; these jokers in Medford vote on their own pay raise.
They vote for a raise yet Adam Knight and Rick Caraviello are horrible public speakers, fail to take
an elocution class or two, and they despise the very public they seek votes from.

A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT was issued against Council Vice President Adam Knight by the
Medford Police Department for Knight's smashing of the Bank of America door on Mystic Ave.
Witnesses say he fled at a high rate of speed; the police gave me the police report, yet held
back the photographs which might show if Knight's two little children were in the getaway car.

It's all been hushed up for the election.  Knight speaks in the Medford Transcript his lies about
the conduct that got a criminal complaint to go to Somerville District Court.

This writer sent an "amicus curiae" to Judge Maurice Flynn for there to be a fair and
impartial trial for Mr. Knight.  But there's nothing that the public is aware of regarding
Adam Knight's malicious behavior at the bank on April Fool's Day 2021, sixty days
before he heckled the Director of Public Health on June 1, AT the city council, during
a pandemic.   Adam Knight poses a huge threat to public safety in Medford, yet he is
coddled by the powers that be.  The temperamental buffoon, Council VP Knight,  needs to be
discussed at the debate tonight.  Anything less is voter fraud.

The Mayor asks for a CORI check for public access, like her corrupt predecessors

Yet the Medford Housing Authority gave no such CORI check for registered sex offender James O'Brien
who had keys to EVERY apartment.  Did he really commit suicide on Valentines Day Feb 14 2014 or
did he get pitched off of the Tobin Bridge?  Enquiring minds want to know so many alleged suicides at the
Billerica House of Correction....Jimmy DiPaola on Nov 26, 2010, poor Teddy Dillon 17 months later
(young guy who shot himself in the head while plowing into a tree.  Really?  I thought he was stabbing
himself while flying a helicopter at 3 am to go get coffee....)    The "media" doesn't question these weird
"coincidences?"     Guess we won't hear anything about these Twilight Zone episodes at the debate tonight.

Breanna Lungo-Koehn was oh so horrified as a city councilor that O'Brien had keys to every apartment at MHA

While newly minted registered sex offender Jenna Tarabelsi had her way with three students at Medford High,
the 15 year old taking pictures of her breasts

How the hell did Mark Smith get his pension?

Former Medford High School teacher Mark Smith lost his teaching license last year after allegations surfaced he sexually abused a former female student.

Records show Smith also lied on his renewal application in 1999 claiming he was never convicted of any crimes, even though he pleaded guilty to assault and battery in 1983.

"We'd like to ask you some questions about your teaching license?" asked Curran.

"No, thank you," said Smith.

"You were convicted of assault and battery but then on your license you lied," asked Curran.

Smith declined comment.

Interesting that an alleged victim contacted me and said that these alleged events allegedly
happened on alleged "company time."  Key word alleged, of course.

She wrote a lengthy letter alleging abuse at the hands of the former teacher while he
was employed, allegedly.   Did I mention the allegation that this is all alleged?  Hope so.

Have a great debate.  I'll be watching online....with all the death threats I've been getting for publishing the truth
think I'll watch from my panic room 50 yards away in Malden.

The police chief is so thin-skinned with the most Brady infested police force in all of Middlesex County

But I don't think you and Kerry Kavanaugh are going to bring any of this up.

Maybe disgraced judge Paul Cavanaugh can fill in?   I hear he hates me.  Don't even know the dude.

Have Fun tonight...ex mayor Stephanie Burke's court clerk husband with the unclean hands,
Brian Burke, called me a "mother-bleeper" at the Chevalier when I was the back up video guy.

I'd buy Brian another drink but my church frowns on drinking....and church is tonight at 8 pm.

Cheers

Lawmakers propose new districts for Massachusetts' 200 House and Senate seats

Massachusetts lawmakers proposed a substantial redraw Tuesday of legislative districts, working to reflect a rapidly diversifying state where government remains overwhelmingly white.

On the heels of a census that showed the state’s population growth was driven by Black, Hispanic, and Asian residents, legislative leaders advanced maps that would increase so-called majority-minority districts in both the state House and Senate.
