John Falco has always been nice to me, personally.
That's how he won over the school committee and later, the city council of Medford.
Purportedly McGlynn and Falco's own wife whispered in his ear... and Falco appears to have taken their advice and not listened to his heart. Falco ran and Falco got trounced worse than any mayoral candidate we've seen in some time.
His "best friend" (God, we hope not,) - as Kerry Laidlaw calls herself - kept saying "He's not running, he's not running...." kind of like Della Street (Barbara Hale) telling the world "Raymond Burr is not gay! He's Not Gay"...
what Burr's husband/widower Robert Benevides has to say about that (Benevides sure was cute in his younger days) who knows?
Well, Kerry, guess what?
Raymond Burr was indeed a homosexual
And John Falco ran for Mayor, as I predicted he would before anyone else.
And Falco came in tenth place!
John Falco should have taken Laidlaw's advice...because if anyone knows about coming in last and then second to last, it is the despised
Kerry Laidlaw.
