Chicopee Public Schools Superintendent Lynn Clark was arrested Wednesday on a federal charge of lying to investigators about 99 threatening text messages she allegedly sent to a candidate for the city’s police chief position, in a no-holds-barred effort to get the candidate to withdraw their application, authorities said.
