QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ON ACCESS TV
WHY MEDFORD, MASS. HAS NO ACCESS

q: Why is there no outreach - ads in the newspaper to bring the public to access TV, phone calls to homes, knocking on doors?

a: Under Michael J. McGlynn the access facility was a joke, and that was intentional.  McGlynn wanted to be the only voice in the room; the huge megaphone of local television frightened the former mayor, and his allergy to access extends into 2020.

Q: Kids and parents and grandparents all use computers. Aren't there free computer lessons at access television?

A: Do the math.  Medford Community Media is not a dot com. You have to go into Google to find the site https://www.medfordtv.org/   That's intentional. They don't want people using the station.  They don't want you to find it and the website itself is a mess.

Q: Why is Medford's access TV up on a hill on the Winchester border at the high school?
A: The franchise fee is convoluted in Medford. Though the new mayor, Breanna Lungo-Koehn, promised transparency across the board,
we don't know if the Governmental monies go to the Educational access, if the Educational access goes into the general fund, and if
the public monies go to the high school.

Q: Aren't the residents - especially the cable TV subscribers - owed an explanation?

A: They are. But when government officials make the waters murky, intentionally, anyone poking around and asking questions becomes
"the enemy."   Paul Donato calls political speech "the most protected right," and if they censored the state representative, what chance     do you have?

Q: A board member of the now-defunct TV3 did that to Mr. Donato?

A: Yes, and that member also harassed senior citizens, including his own mother and my family. Elder affairs had to be called in.
Mr. Donato is also my age or older so that's another elder person abused by the individual at Medford Community Media

Q: Station manager Patrick Gordon is from Malden Access TV.  Aren't there stalkers over there?

A:  Yes, the gay bashing, hate and discrimination by former board member Julie T. Kelleher resulted in 2 HPO's on her lasting 4 years.
A judge found her violent, unscrupulous behavior scary and a threat to the safety of her victim.  Then you've got a current board
member who ran out onto the tarmac at Logan - E.D. Ron Cox told me that the individual was wanting to talk to him.
I can understand me having stalkers, as good looking as I am, but Ron Cox? Those stalkers need a new pair of glasses!

Q:While Mr. Cox was on an airplane on the tarmac!  Sounds like more of a mess than Mr. Cox's desk.

A: Yep, that's where Patrick Gordon came from, Malden Access TV  where your children might encounter these individuals with  black marks on their record.  And these aren't just members, these were board members. And as far as Cox's desk is concerned, it's like a cell or two at the Medford Police Department, condemned by the city council!

Q: So Patrick Gordon got hired because he loves Medford and wants to help document Medford history?

A:  Hell, no!  His original documents with the city say he lives in Georgetown, Mass. He's just another individual taking a paycheck  that he isn't earning.  A value-less Twitter account, a messy website, very weak membership and he pats himself on the back by claiming that he's a member to beef-up the registrations while denying other people access AND claims that the programming he generated includes council meetings and school committee meetings

Q: What?  How lame.  So he keeps people out, claims he's a member and uses the council meetings which air anyway to say that he's developing programming?

A: Well, when you have no real experience running a TV station, you get someone shuffling paper and keeping professionals out.

Q: That's so immature!   When you managed stations what was the goal?

A: I was Program Director of AM 1570 in 1992 and AM 1670 in 2000.  At both stations we supported the on-air talent, taught them and one of our DJ's is now famous on daily on two major FM stations

Q: Wow, that's incredible.  You got all that experience and, as I recall, you were also consulting for the PD at 93.7 FM WCGY while  at WNSH AM 1570, doing 93.7 advertising and producing the #1 Sunday Night Show in the Market!

A: Why do you think that Pat Gordon illegally keeps myself and others out of the station. He's seething with envy at my experience, my care and concern for the city, heck, I would even put Paul Donato on the air.

Q: That's some humor. I know you've had Mr. Donato on your show a couple of times.

A: Yes, at WinCAM in Winchester and again at one of his events at the VFW

Q: So you're a good guy and really care about the politicians, the citizens and documenting history

A:  Yes, but they don't want me bringing in 500 members, they don't want the community organized.

Q:  How many people have been harassed by access TV in Medford

A: Too many.  My good friends Pat Fiorello and John Byers, as well as my colleague Bill Wood have all passed away. They were tortured, defamed, harassed, humiliated, in one case dragged into court falsely by Arthur Deluca.  One woman in the court yelled out "I'd be Ashaaaaaamed to take an old man to court."  That case was so damaging that my friend was  shaking and visibly upset at his home.  He died not too long after that.   There were dozens of people so bullied that they just ran from access television.

Q: That's horrible.   But you stuck around?

A: I will not be bullied. And they used Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. monies for court action that blew up in their faces

Q: So Donato, Jehlen, Garballey, Barber, Breanna, Michael Marks, they brought them to justice?

A: Hell, No!  They left that up to me and councilor Bob and Doreen, a board member they discriminated against.

Q: But isn't Mr. Donato the anti-bullying rep?

A: IT's a great tagline, and we all love Paul, despite his political faults, he's a fun guy at heart, but they are all afraid of their own shadow, it's like groundhog day every day with Breanna putting her toe in the water to see if it is too cold, Donato escaping to the state house, Michael Marks so upset that he can't fight with Rumley anymore he cow-tips Caraviello - ker plunk -so that he can be on the fence and not make a logical decision.

Q: How Childish?   Good song title, though "Cow-Tipping Caraviello"

A:  Childish and sticking you with the bill.   A citizen will save 2 bucks at Stop & Shop with a triple coupon, but city government sticks  their or its hand in your back pocket and takes out a wad of bills.  And it ain't no Mississippi bankroll!
Q: Mississippi bankroll?

A: Yeah, a hundred dollar bill on the outside, all ones on the inside. That ain't what they grab, they take REAL MONEY and stiff the citizens

Q: How does one find the videos from Medford Community Media?

A:  Go to the city government page  http://www.medfordma.org   then go to the city council page and look for videos. That's the way I find it.

Q: But there are few viewers

A: How can you have viewers if Pat Gordon is too lazy to post the page everywhere, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook...it's a joke
for seventy-thousand smackaroos a year

Q: But Breanna won't keep Stephanie Burke's leftovers in, will she?

A:  Breanna listens to those who whisper in her ear, sadly.  She plays color by the numbers, puts her finger in the wind to see which way those political winds are blowing, and leaves all the hard work up to me.

Q: But wouldn't it be better to focus your enormous energies on fixing the access TV mess

A: You're talking logic, sanity and courage.  They hate ANYONE who wants to speak freely - not just me - there are dozens of  victims of Medford access immoral and potentially illegal policies and procedures.  I'm just the loudest, the one that won't  go away until MCC TV3 gets booted, until Deval Patrick knocks the mayor's uncle out of Medford Housing, until I catch  Muccini-Burke violating the Open Meeting Law, until I catch Neil Osborne violating the open meeting law

Q: You got the entire Medford Police Department on edge

A:   Better them than you!

Q:  So are you going to ease up on Patrick Gordon?

A:  There is no place for failure to perform, harassment of applicants to join a station and negligence.  Gordon must go,
and with my track record, place your bets now.  Gordon needs to start looking for a new job because the community will not stand for more compensation fraud, and when Gordon won't respond to an application, that is compensation fraud.

We're building a case against the Medford Community Media station manager and the evidence is overwhelming.

Breanna Lungo-Koehn is the Issuing Authority.   Take note, Breanna, I haven't even BEGUN to investigate Mr. Gordon's lack of integrity and his failure to perform.  Keeping Gordon and his negligence is on you, your Honor.

And you know me better than most, Breanna, I will not quit until the city is cleansed of more buffoonery at TV3.
