Dear Citizens and Issuing Authority:

Imagine if the city council meetings had a real Executive Director of a TV station promoting them?

---editing out the dead air 14 minutes of wait time before the council meeting begins
---promoting via Twitter
---Overviews of the events for the public on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and blogging!

Here's our video from my iPhone of part of yesterday's popular Medford city gathering just a few streets from where I live.

The Bloomberg/Michael Douglas event was historic.  Do you realize the hours put in to set up press permission,
get the video camera from a station a couple of towns away, write scripts for potential interviews, show up on time,
tape the event, successfully conduct an interview without a script (Ed Davis,) navigate the crowd, break down the equipment,
go home and promote the event?  Enormous hours.

You won't find that at Medford Community Media.   A strong work ethic

7 pm 2-23-2020 to 4:11 am 2-24-2020  there are 238 page views on Medford Information Central
- interest from the  Michael Douglas/Mike Bloomberg event

Keep this key fact in mind: The same information is on Real Medford Mass. Politics on Facebook
as well as the new Medford magazine, Medford News Weekly

Views of the Breanna Lungo-Koehn/Michael Douglas/Ed Davis Facebook Live  86 plus 68  - and this is in 14 hours, including the overnight
You Tube  46 and this is in fewer hours as the YouTube video was uploaded 5:26 pm on Sunday, 11 hours ago
46 hits in 11 hours

COMPARE TO MEDFORD COMMUNITY MEDIA

1)Meanwhile Patrick Gordon just throws all the programming on MCM TV3 into the mix and look at the horrible results
0 views for first video, 3, 5, 48 for the city council a week ago, 36, 5, 48 for the city council 2 weeks ago  Look at it.

What a mess.  What a deplorable abuse of seventy thousand dollars a year.

2)The key work for a public access station is outreach and facilitation of programming.   Patrick Gordon slams the door on
reaching out to the community, is now the subject of a complaint at the Atty General's office  for being non-compliant with public accommodations (while Arthur Deluca - TV3 board member and member of the new station is under investigation with the entire
MCC TV3 board, so serious that "law enforcement could be impeded," according to the public charities division, if certain information
is given out.)

Our new mayor has to address these egregious and not-very-access situations.  And change the station from a private, high school
access, to a REAL public access station without Mr. Gordon's hate and abuse of a senior on television (that would be me,) and
Gordon's refusal to do any real access television work.

3)Though under investigation by the office of the Attorney General, MCC still current board member, Arthur Alan Deluca is
airing on Medford Community Media.  What Arthur did to the community was devastating, Elder Affairs visiting Deluca
when he crossed the line and harassed multiple other families.  Documented and factual.

THE PROGRAMMING
Malden Programming is on our station today, Monday, 2/24/2020.  REELING.  This is not about Medford, Gordon used to be at MATV, Malden, and it is the lazy man's way out.    Where was Gordon when Medford history happened on Sunday?  Nowhere to be found, but
you can see Malden Programming and Dr. Rabies on TV3 Comcast.  And no one is watching.  You can see the Inauguration chorus
again, but programming by others is censored and ridiculed.  Indeed, more of this writer's programming was taped IN Medford over the years, at 40 Canal Street and is ABOUT Medford that is being ignored by lazy and incompetent Patrick Gordon that the city still suffers the same exact problems that Deluca's gang exacted on public access.  WHY?

The City has Liability Here:
This is a city-run public access?  The liability for the city, in my opinion, is great.  Deluca used the city co-owned computers
at 5 High Street for his inappropriate behavior.   Rather than real community programming, the city - for years - has had
to deal with stalking activities aided, abetted, enabled and conceived by Deluca.   The city needs a break from the TV3 crowd,
yet Patrick Gordon at the station is allergic to work and forces the old TV3 on us while denying legitimate producers their airtime.

Breanna Lungo-Koehn needs to change the culture and quickly.  She's the issuing authority.

We get the numbers.  We work hard for this community  We capture the history

Patrick Gordon has had the opportunity and this professor objectively looks at the result and gives Gordon a failing grade.
I am working with outside government agencies to remove Gordon from continuing to ruin our access television.

LOOK AT THE UGLY RESULTS:

We care about the community.
Look at our results: https://youtu.be/eTGXsBwIw8k
And that's just an iPhone...the access TV video needs to be edited this week

We care about the community.  Patrick Gordon refuses to air my work.  He is seething with envy, mean-spirited and has had
plenty of time to show the community that he is exactly what we don't need ruining public access, just like his predecessors.

It's time for a change, Medford, a good, positive change.

One person in Medford has the passion to make access television flourish.
