City Council Speech March 10, 2020

Hello Mr. Hurtubise and Ms. Grogan,

Thank you very much.  I am printing the form out as I type this.

I am cc:ing Rick Caraviello, Daria in the mayor's office and Neil Osborne as this needs to be "on the record" for people to find via public records requests.

Please be advised, I am erasing "honorable" from the petition as I have filed elder abuse complaints on Adam Knight, Rick Caraviello and former councilor Dello Russo with Neil Osborne and former mayor Stephanie Burke's office. And since Caraviello lost in criminal court due to filing false charges on a citizen he was illegally trying to censor, there is no "honor" on this specific city council.  At least my blog forced Zac Bears to show up in a suit and tie instead of street clothing, but why does the citizenry have to educate individuals grabbing 30K a year from taxpayers?

Caraviello illegally lied to the Medford Police for censorship purposes and potentially lied in criminal court regarding a question by an attorney regarding "moonlighting" on the city council; Caraviello didn't want to admit to compensation fraud.  He skipped out on a vote on Republic Parking. So even if he lied about picking up a client with his limo service, which - if he did it - would be perjury in criminal court,
we do have him on camera committing "compensation fraud."  That is, he refused to vote on a critical matter, Republic Parking, took the money to do so, and scammed the residents, taking a paycheck yet not keeping his end of the bargain: voting to benefit the public.

Just put "Caraviello  Court" in Bing or Google and the embarrassment that is Mr. Caraviello shows up immediately.

Thus, I respectfully will submit the petition without the word "honorable" as honor, in Medford, has to be earned.

This particular city council, like the police chief, has lost the public trust.

 
See you on the 10th.  If I have to move the date due to jury duty, I will file a new petition for the 17th, but I do not believe we will be sequestered so the 10th should be the appropriate date for my speech on moving the access TV station to Medford Square.
 
Indeed, Mr. Caraviello himself was keen on a central location for access television.  Watch carefully as you will be sitting there,
Mr. Hurtubise.  Caraviello's "on the fence" moves will possibly result in him voting against my petition simply to discriminate when that was his position a few years back.  Neil Osborne take note.

Also to Mr. Osborne - and this is a wild coincidence: while typing this Elder Affairs phoned me and gave me a phone # for elder attorneys (attorneys who handle elder issues) so, clearly, God is watching...
