We are calling for the Indictment - if the statute allows - of Leo A. Sacco Jr and Stephen Lebert

Former Mass. State Police Station Commander Indicted for Overtime Abuse

David Andrade allegedly took days off and submitted claims for 22 holiday compensatory days that he never accrued

Sacco and Lebert are the Poster Boys for the WORST OF THE OFFENDERS IN MEDFORD

They need to be publicly admonished.

The City Council needs to expose their conduct so that it sets an example for a cleaner department.

In the coming weeks we are sending a letter to ask the mayor to pull a Paul Mackowski - only do it according to the law, unlike the disreputable Mackowski who has quite the alleged reputation beyond what he did to a journalist.

If the State Police resulted in indictments, isn't it time that the Medford 27 face a judge?

We will be calling for indictments of the 27 officers who were put on the blacklist.

Had we not published the L'Italien Report they may have skated.  We - most likely - forced Marian Ryan's hand, and Marian is hardly a day at the beach.

We will be calling for investigations into the behavior of Leo A. Sacco, Jr. and Stephen Lebert

When those expected to be held to the highest of standards bend and allegedly break the law, they should be thoroughly investigated, and they should lose their pensions.

I am as serious as a judge.

Medford has more officers on the Marian Ryan blacklist than ANY OTHER department in Middlesex County.

They can blame the messenger for reporting - and maybe our tenacity has forced the hand of the D.A., the mayor and others in authority.  But they brought this upon themselves.

If we forced Marian's hand, well, Raquel...

that's a good thing.

They brought this upon themselves.

Lebert's wrongful conduct was so extreme he needs to be thoroughly investigated and it needs to be very, very public.

We are on the case.
