RE: Possible Public Records Request after Emergency City Council meeting Tuesday June 22
City Should DEMAND Adam Knight pay for his legal defense

Dear City Solicitor and Honorable Mayor:

Adam Knight's bad temper is well documented over the past seven and a half years.   What Knight did to the head of the Dept of Public Health on June 1, 2021,
while he is under criminal investigation, is all you need to know that:

a)Mr. Knight acts as if he is above the law

b)Mr. Knight has no remorse for his incessant wrongful conduct

c)Mr. Knight is a serious threat to public safety, including my own

Knight consistently sets a bad example, that the city council rules are for the pawns (the citizens,) and he can do whatever he damn well pleases.
Send a message to Mr. Knight that his skewed and childish perceptions do not deserve Thirty One Thousand Dollars of Taxpayer Monies.  Caps intentional.

Then you have city clerk Adam Hurtubise equating a janitor or other city hall employee (when Hurtubise molested my petition on Adam Knight's conduct)
insulting the intelligence of the entire city.   With Hurtubise's background being the inefficient and sloppy MBTA, what can one expect?

My petition discussed an ELECTED OFFICIAL and PUBLIC FIGURE, but Hurtubise with forked tongue, channeling his inner Mark Rumley, deceptively
tried to portray Knight as the latrine cleaner at city hall, who would be a private person.  Thus, untrustworthy and dishonest council president Caraviello
(most likely via conspiracy and collusion) tossed the PETITION OF GREAT PUBLIC INTEREST out and shut it off from being brought back for 90 days.

That the hateful, spiteful, self-loathing Rick Caraviello can't look in the mirror is his problem; to let him irresponsibly take it out on the city IS a crime,
Chief Buckley.

Then the MPD public records division gives the public half a loaf instead of the full monty - and I'm not talking about Jason Montalbano (I like Jason however
he's not my type) but the definition "the full amount expected, desired, or possible." so this journalist has to spend hours correcting after deciphering Lt. Casey's illogical rumblings
from the Twilight Zone in an attempt to hide Mr. Knight's violent behavior.

Officer Casey, Chief Buckley - you really want to waste public funds when I'm doing you a favor investigating bad behavior by ANY city councilor?
It's not personal, unless it were Caraviello when I would REALLY put in the extra hours.  I would put this time in were it Scarpelli, Marks, Nicole, Zac or Mr. Falco.
Nothing personal with Mr. Falco other than he's running for mayor which would make him a juicier target for my readers.  The public interest would be, of course,
much higher.

And these letters take up my time; we have an AVALANCHE of airplay today (just look at my Twitter) which, of course, is something to be Thankful for, but this Saturday and last Saturday took up a great deal of my time.  Airplay comes in, it must be time-stamped, pertinent hashtags, pertinent addresses, a colorful photo, screenshot, re-tweet, post screenshot on a blog, file screenshot in a time-stamped folder.

You try doing that efficiently (takes about 6-7 minutes per song getting played) - a different world from when I first started my PR company in 1976.  So do this senior citizen a favor, Chief Buckley, and the City Solicitor a favor as well so that we don't have to engage in constant public records requests if your officers and if the city council actually behaved themselves and gained the public trust.

That Adam Knight is so difficult makes this quest all the more important for public safety.  What kind of imbecile heckles the Director of Public Health on June 1 while he's under criminal investigation?  How old is Mr. KInight?  7 or 12 years of age?

 Really.

Health Department · MaryAnn O'Connor, Director of Public Health Heckled by City Council Vice President June 1 is the headline.

During a pandemic?   Mr. Knight is fidgeting and doesn't want to listen to the health director during a killer virus.   Sick.  Just plain sick.

Mr. Casey, hand over the photographs and let me get to work.

This is pathetic.

If the City Council meeting of June 22 doesn't come up with a reasonable explanation (how about removing Knight and replacing him with Jean Nuzzo, Erin DiBenedetto or
Natalie Breen, you know, RESPONSIBLE, educated people who care about the community? Oh, I forgot, enabler Caraviello si unfortunately the president, never mind...)

City Solicitor, you know I respect you.  I'm hoping we don't need a public records request if the police and council enable the infant, Adam Knight

Respectfully

Joe Viglione
