medford's only real news source!
thank you PubliusRevisited, I just wrote a lengthy article for friends in Massachusetts re; Teixiera and Trump, it is astounding, happening at the same time and showing how unfair the system is. Lock 'em both up, but do it fairly.

No more special treatment and favoritism toward Trump. Jack Teixiera sets an example, remanded without bail for lessor charges and just now indicted on espionage for mishandling classified documents. Trump is lucky to have walked out of the courtroom. Anybody else would have been awakened a couple of weeks ago at 6 am and invited downstairs for handcuffs and coffee.
Going forward 1st - get a competent judge. Cannon hand-picked appointed by Trump in advance and already DQ'd by manipulating evidenciary rules only to be over-ruled by an appeals court which indicated her failure to understand basic rules of law. 2nd - Put a gag order on him. He is tainting the jury pool and doing so on purpose.
Current charges warrant comparison with other expionage convictions. Julius and Ethel Rosenburg excecuted; Edward Snowden 30 years if he showed his face; Harold Thomas Martin 9 years willful retention of national defense information at his home in Maryland (bathroom door had a lock on it); and 2020, Ahmedelhadi Yassin Serageldin 18 mo. retaining national defense information. The last two prosecuted by Trump administration.
In cases cited for comparison the average sentence exceed four years on fewer counts while defendants pleaded guilty to lessen sentences. Anything less is blatant favoritism and indicates a double-standard.
