Her reckless hiring practices (David Rodrigues, continuing to hire Neil Osborne
- a poor choice of a previous administration - Abdourahmane Dit Saacka Ba -allegedly
frog marched out of the school system, the sorry list drags on,) as damaging to
Medford as Muccini-Burke's lunacy and Michael J. McGlynn's alleged alcohol-fueled
administration.
Why our friend Maury Carroll got behind this weak and struggling mayor is
the $64,000.00 question, isn't it?
When it comes to the franchise fee and the huge sums of money access television
brings in, Lungo Koehn is a predator, like her predecessors.
You are getting ripped off, Medford. And talk about hiring? The duck boat driver
wouldn't know the rules or the necessities of public access television if it bit him.
Kevin Harrington is a fraud disguised as a station manager. Incapable.
Classes? You want the charlatan to teach classes?
The TV station pages has gone from coming soon to a big blank nothing

When Lungo-Koehn was listed as a witness to an assault on a senior
by the criminal ex-clerk disgraced Edward P. Finn, and the collusion by
the mayor's office and the police department to cover it up, she was not
acting as a leader but an enabler, like failed, disgusting Richard F Caraviello -
her new nemesis, and that is the rule with loony Lungo-Koehn ...basically
participating in elder abuse with a homophobe, Mr. Finn.
Finn was already called out for his homophobia, and like a typical bigot,
the overweight slob said "I can't be a homophobe as I'm bi-racial."
Bi-stupid is more like it. Ignorant and bad for Medford.
The coward Finn, an ex football player, beat up a gay guitar player,
but ran from the subpoena to criminal court, because the yellow-bellied
moron was too fearful he would be arrested in the courtroom.
When he retired, Lungo-Koehn, knowing of the elder abuse,
praised the gay basher who attacked a senior citizen
Lungo Koehn is as cowardly as the senior-attacker that
she enabled.

And Police Chief Buckley is no better coddling the white kids disrupting
Medford, disguising themselves as Black Lives Matter. One of them
wrote to me that everyone over 40 should die. That includes homosexuals,
African Americans, Asians....blaming the elder community, and they were
embraced by the police chief. Downright sick, stupid and dangerous.
And where were Jehlen, Donato, Barber and Garballey?
Nowhere to be found and most likely blaming the victim as well.
Where is our access TV??? The Issuing Authority Lungo-Koehn
does not want to answer that question

Section 13K. (a) For the purpose of this section the following words shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the following meanings:—
''Abuse'', physical contact which either harms or creates a substantial likelihood of harm.
''Bodily injury'', substantial impairment of the physical condition, including, but not limited to, any burn, fracture of any bone, subdural hematoma, injury to any internal organ, or any injury which occurs as the result of repeated harm to any bodily function or organ, including human skin.
